there was an extremely loud fan which could not be turned of and it was just as loud in the next room after I asked for a room switch.

Für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten bitten wir Sie vielmals um Entschuldigung und danken Ihnen, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns zu schreiben. Wir sind stets bestrebt, unseren Gästen zu jedem Zeitpunkt eine optimale Servicequalität anzubieten. Ihre Meinung ist für uns daher von größtem Interesse. Die Lüftung der Zimmer wird um 20:30 Uhr auf ein Minimum reduziert. Die durchschnittlichen Werte liegen dann bei 45 db. Trotz dieses Vorfalls hoffen wir, auch weiterhin auf Ihr Vertrauen zählen zu dürfen, und stehen für weitere Anmerkungen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. I am a tea drinker and it was possible to get a 1l thermos with hot water each time I asked. All the people were very friendly and helpful. Will come back again if in Munich. Furthermore, very close by the bus to the airport and metro to city center.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Please note that for a 2 star hotel "simple" is not realy a complaint. The temperature is variable. Therefore we have in evry room a second heating system which is served by the guest himselve. I am sorry for the old fassioned produkt I assure that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem. All our efforts are concentrated in preventing future occurrences. I wasn't at all satisfied with the checking in experience. I came from a very far distance in Africa and I waited for some hoursat the lobby before I was allowed to check in. I was very tired, hungry and I needed to fresh up but I was denied. I worked with Leyhausen Research GMBH Leverkusen and they have sorted out payment but unfortunately they didn't get credit card details of my company at Ibis hotel and they didn't ask for it. Our MD also gave standing order instructions that he would make the payment but I was still denied check in. It was a very bad and disappointed experience. There should be a standing order agreement between both parties ahead of checking in. Thank you Looking forward to a more fruitful and productive years ahead. Dankeschön Vielen dank. A.

I went to my room around 23:40, got myself ready for bed and found a bedbug on the sheet. I killed it, brought it down to the reception and changed rooms. After I woke up with a bite on my calf. I really hope that I haven't brought home any of those but I fear the worst. Please, do a big extermination on the whole hotel for the sake of health...

Accor has many brands, from 1 star hotels to 5 star hotels. We rank with 2 stars, more in the lower range. Minimum price for minimum offers such as swimming pool and sauna or concierge. The prices for the Oktoberfest confuse many guests. It is often assumed, in Germany you pay 250 EUR for a top hotel. For Oktoberfest you pay in the hotel "Sofitel Bayerpost Munich" for a room minimum 500 EUR. Flew into Munich Airport then got the airport bus which 20 mins later dropped me at Nordfriedhof U Bahn and after a 100 yard stroll later was into reception. Barman was excellent, breakfasts great. Would stay again

Quick check in and out, everything is clear and clean. With the Lufthansa airport shuttle closedly located, going to the airport is very easy. It's also very quiet with no disturbing to resting.

I was greeted by very friendly staff who we always ready and waiting at the front desk to help. The room was clean and had everything in it that I needed. The day that I left I was able to leave my suitcases in a room until I needed to go and collect them again. It was a very convenient service and I will recommend the hotel anyone staying in the city.

« Average. Extremely disappointed that the Kitchen was closed on Saturday Night. »

Kitchen was closed. Only food available was a toasted sandwich which, with two glasses of red wine came to 22€. The sandwich looked nothing like the picture in the menu and was nothing special. Add on another 11€ to park the car in a car park not designed for the six of the modern car. I had driven for over nine hours so reach the hotel my stopping point for the night on my way to Croatia. The previous year I stayed in the Ibis in Linz which was far better value.

This is written in the internet, either in the inhouse information, but you may missed it. We really regrett, that our garage is not builed for SUVs or bigger cars. We are a standard hotel with a standard garage. For bigger cars we can offer the outside parking, yet we take money for the garage, what is quite common in city hotels.
