Our overall experience is very good. Just due to covid-regulations, the Bar and Restaurant inside the Hotel was closed and Breakfast was served in bags which had to pick-up by yourself. (Price Performance Breakfast wasn't satisfying, better to get it outside nearby). The bed was very comfortable, everybody friendly and we had a great time. The location is best, mid in town!

The hotel is extremely well located just at two blocks out of the Grand Platz, major sightseeing spots, restaurants, and shopping district. Unfortunately due to Covid the restaurant was close. However they managed to safely deliver a simple but good breakfast Made of bread integrated by bread, canned juice, ham, coffee, tea, and jelly.

All good only minus we had a 1.40 bed for two adults, which is not ideal. The rest was okay

Before sharing my dissappointment let me compliment Accor and the Team at Novotel Brussels for the effort they are putting into getting life back to "a bit more normal". These are strange times. This was the first time I stayed in a hotel for a very long time and the experience was unfortunately not pleasant. I had booked the Novotel to have a "bright point" on my trip. I most unfortunately did not find any Novotel feeling when I stayed. The effect of this is that I am asking myself if the price/return on investment is worth staying in the higher quality hotels of the Accor brand. Key missing elements of the feeling: - I do not see the need for a bag with toiletries being given to me at reception. When I visit Accor I trust your cleaning team will keep me safe. And if I don't trust it I can always wipe the shampoo bottle before using it. - No bar open whilst outside bars and restaurants are open to public. - Breakfast is well organized but getting a white paper bag for 12 EUR is terrible. With the cost of breakfast having dramatically reduced (less staff, less products) I would ask Accor to consider offering breakfast for free, at least for your All loyalty members. Thanks however for the hospitality and please see my feedback as constructive comments to help find a good balance between health and the special Accord & Novotel feeling which is the cause of my loyalty.

premium rooms are very sober - reception OK - quiet inspite of middle of the city - personnel very helpful- not suitable for a long stay - climatisation is all right - no access to the restaurant because of corona virus

The experience was a bit special because we stayed during the first shut-down in Brussel for COVID-19. The staff obviously found its difficult to adapt. The first evening we were served dinner even late and really appreciated this service. While we understood that there was no breakfast buffet next morning we would have hoped to have a juice, fruit or a yogurt instead of just "viennoiseries".

Absolutely amazing , we were able to check in early as our flight was an early morning flight and our room was ready which was so kind of the staff ! We had mentioned in our booking we were celebrating our anniversary and when we got to our room we found balloons , chocolates and a hand written note welcoming us and wishing us a happy anniversary! The staff were so friendly and kind and we were offered a free late check out which just topped the whole experience off , the hotel was spotless and the bar was clean with friendly staff and the best cosmopolitans I’ve ever had !! We will definitely be back to Brussels and back to this hotel !! My only negative comment is that there is advertising for 24/7 pizza ( room service ) yet when I asked on Sunday night to one of the staff memberd who was on ( about 1.30-2am) he told me yes but only if we paid in cash ? We did not have cash on us so we’re sent to an atm which we could not find and ended up walking to MacDonalds. Bit disappointing as we would of liked to of had food up to our room .

difficult to tell the difference between Novotel and Ibis which would have been much cheaper.Very basic room.

Apart from the good location of your hotel, we were very satisfied on the view from our room windows and accessories in our room. For us, a comfortable bed and silent room was important to allow us a good sleep after traveling a long journey. The breakfast was also good. We really enjoyed the possibly to late check out.
