The overall experience was very good, however as both lifts were out of order and we were on the third floor, that was the only down side.

Only with you for 1 short night, left at 4.30am. Bit disappointed with the lack of electric sockets, especially near bed for phone chargers etc.

staff definitely is the highlight of this place. I was welcomed with in a warm and friendly manner. Also cleaning ladies are very happy to chat. Room was clean and tidy however there was no shampoo or body gel filled up in the shower cabin. Good location for a quick airport transfer or late flight arrival.

Hotel was quiet during the Christmas period. Staff friendly. Rooms relatively clean. Hotel suffers badly from aircraft noise when Luton is using the easterly runway (but, hey, it's close to the airport).

Hotel was OK, but when we got up in morning to have a shower before we catched our flights, water was freezing cold so unable to get washed, wasn't very happy at all, will not use Hotel again.

Hi, this is no criticism of the staff who, as usual are fantastic. I stay in this hotel on a regular basis for business as an airline pilot. So the quality of my rest is very important. The staff always try to allocate me a quiet room at the back of the hotel which is great. However on this occasion the fire alarm activated at 2.30 am on the first night and throughout my stay I found the room very hot and stuffy and could not ventilate it properly as I could not open the window sufficiently. I understand that the heating must be on and that the window must be safe but the quality of my stay due to these factors was poor as my rest was comprised. I did not feel it was value for money but that is not the issue. I will stay in this hotel again as the staff are very helpful and friendly but if this happens again I may have to look elsewhere for accommodation. Thank you

I've stayed here a number of times previously. The staff are always pleasant, although sometimes there aren't enough on duty - this occasion there were no difficulties. Rooms clean and warm with a comfortable bed. A wider choice of food at reasonable prices than some other locations..

Room was cleaned to a very low standard. Found hair on the blanket and pillows.

We felt personally attack by the supervisor we had a 3 TERRIBLE nights room being cold my daughter had to leave a day earlier due to her illness SICKEL CELL DISEASE and even ended up in hospital with in the week
