Normal reliable hotel however some fixtures worn and malfunctioning I.e shower taps and electrical plug points.

Mostly good stay. Did an online check in before so the key collection and return was hassle free. Room was nice, pillows were very hard though

Poor customer service and air-con not working!

I'm very disappointed with my last stay at Ibis Luton Airport. Air-con not working (only hot air blowing); when reported the fault to a female receptionist, I was advised that 'it's a winter mode and I can switch it off if it's too warm' (!!!). No bottle openers in the rooms even though drinks are served in the hotel; I was sold already opened bottles of drinks that I intended to drink in the morning of the following day. Again, when I asked if I could borrow a bottle opener, I was refused. Never had similar issues in any other hotels based around Luton Airport. I will not be coming back; not recommended.

I wish I had been told I had to pay to park even though I’m disabled and the breakfast was very salty but the staff were very friendly and the room was nice

Excellent stop over location - excellent beds for good nights sleep before flight Only let down was the food offered in the restaurant and poor breakfast choice. Caesar salad is not just lettuce and croutons !! Could be so much better . But as sleep is the most important. Highly rated for that.

Basic hotel but well located for airport

I've stayed at this hotel before but this time I felt it wasn't as good as it used to be. I knew there would be a parking charge but didn't know until I checked in that it's £11 a night which seems excessive especially since the car park has no barriers for security. Room was OK and I got what I paid for. Mattress was comfortable but a thin one on top of base. Room was quite warm even though I lowered thermostat. Shower wasn't that powerful and a small move on tap sent it from scolding hot to cold.

Well located but the price paid and the room is not good. Very small room and the single bed was horrible with a matress not confortable. You cannot change the dates online like I could do to Premier Inn. So, I needed to send a email, it was confused, and I was not informed that the price had changed and I should receive a refund. Also, I bought a breakfast and when I arrived at Ibis the recepcionist did not know that I had breakfast included. It was a mess.

Too Noisy, Room too hot

booking very easy process. Arriving at hotel had to try and find someone to check me in as the bar was busy and they were servicing a rowdy group of drunk customers. When finally found a person to check me in, constant interruptions from bar customers. Room ok, carpet very dirty. stuffy room as aircon was not working properly, I did ask if something could be done about it...was told in the morning, but as I was only staying for one night that did not help. Could not open the window as it was far too noisy to sleep. No real sleep at all. ...mentioned at check out but no response and I did not have the time to argue as had to rush for flight. Partner has stayed in the Ibis budget at BHX and he said this hotel was so good.....LTN Ibis was far from that.

The staff had difficulty finding me on the system - but I think that wa s the staff rather than the sustem! However it was warm and the staff were friendly and I the room was clean and tidy. Thank you.

Used as an overnight stop prior to a flight the following day. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was more than adequate. Easy stroll to the airport though the weather was very favourable. Easy access from/to the Mid-stay car park. Bar prices were over the top.

We felt personally attack by the supervisor we had a 3 TERRIBLE nights room being cold my daughter had to leave a day earlier due to her illness SICKEL CELL DISEASE and even ended up in hospital with in the week

This hotel is in a good location if you don’t mind a 10 min walk. That was not my issue. What I found bad was the fact I wasnt able to use the restaurant for dinner as was told fully booked, which is poor when nothing else around. Had to do uber eats. Then to top it off as only provided one pillow , I asked for an extra. Was told no, as no spare ones . I thought this was very bad . I in the end had a terrible night sleep .

Stayed one night after flying back to uk. Excellant location walking distance from luton airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and in good condition. Short walk to railway station next day. Will definitely use again.

Ive stayed here quiie a few times before. Good value for money,friendly ,helpful staff and a good location for either the airport or Luton . The food is also very good if a little bit pricey but for an airport hotel its to be expected.
