Perfect place to start discovering the city of Brugge, located a few steps from the city center. Good stay, the facade of the hotel is similar to the many ancient buildings of the city.

I give only one star for good location. Other starts I have removed due to below negative points: - No elementary facilities in the room: no fridge, no water boiler. - Cleaning is not every day, but only once every three days. It was said that it is due to COVID, but it is just an excuse. It is done so rarely just to save money. - The temperature of the water in the shower is not stable: it is suddenly or too cold or too hot. So it is impossible to take shower in a comfortable way. - The smell of so called “clean” towels is like smell of 90 years old people. It is really unpleasant. - The breakfast price is quite expensive and it is not worth its price.

2 nights in three rooms on a family trip. Having communicating rooms was a real plus. And the #339 with a high ceiling was charming.

Wasn't happy with the hidden cost- "tourist tax" this should be included in the initial costs given.

The hotel is in a great location for the train station and all attractions within the centre. Typical Ibis, clean and functional. One of the older Ibis I have stayed in, so maybe looking a little tired in places, however I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again & recommend. Great value.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it looks that it needs refreshing the decor especially the bathroom, the place is kept really nice and clean. The bed was perfect. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Covid is not an excuse for having no restaurant service or poor breakfast buffet - if a normal breakfast buffet is possible in Germany why not in Belgium?

Having stayed in a lot of hotels from the Accor chain, including different types of Ibis, this is the first time I got disappointed. Location is good but the rooms are so small that I would have expected this hotel to be called an Ibis Budget.

The room was not clean as I would expect. There were dead bugs in the room and it was poorly maintained. Also some hair on the bed. The hotel is not so keen on solving issues and would just through them back at you. From my experience, with Accor hotels, you know what you will get and that also includes poor service and poor housekeeping.

Second to one location! Great location!!! :-)

Hi! You are staying very close to the very center of Bruge :-) Within a few steps (that is, if you do not mind walking a short distance) you will reach the Grand Market. Please do look around whilst going there because you'll pass some nice restaurants and shops. Please do not hesitate to go right or left when you like the vieuw: at the end, the Grand Market is always nearby. 'Grand Market' during covid time, imagine: one rather large free space with a vieuw at the Belfort Of Bruge and the City Hall of Bruge, The Great Museum of Bruge and so on... Enjoy The Best of The Best Belgian Fries wright in front of the Belfort of Bruge upon this very market place! Horses & their drivers will you take you to some parts of the City. You will find a very important statue upon the Grand Market of 'Jan Breydel & Pieter De Koninck'. Please google 'Guldensporenslag' and you will understand - something about beeing free and fighthing for it during the Middle Ages: Heroism you will only find here in Europe...

The hotel is very well located, in a quiet and peaceful corner very close to the main attractions. The rooms size is fine, the bathroom is also nice. Check-In and Check-Out was quick and easy. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

We had stayed in this hotel before and had re-booked for our overnight stay as a result. Little had changed but the rooms were a little tired. That said they were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet arrangement was a big let-down with a very confused and cramped layout. With a good number of guests, this led to conflicts and poor flow through the system. Staff tried hard to mitigate the problem, but expecting guests to circulate while choosing was unfriendly and discouraging. Instead of duplicating selections on either side of a central island surely doubling up each facility in line would improve flow.

Handy location with underground parking next door for 9.00 Euros 24 hrs Rooms typical for ibis not the biggest ! but adequate for a night Pleasant staff check your bill before leaving breakfast added regardless but was removed later ! plenty of shops restaurants within easy walking
