A comfortable stay with great service from the hotel staff. Good COVID precautions without being too difficult.

On the other hand, I can also understand if a welcome drink does not meet your expectations of the benefits for your platinum status. However, this is only one of the additional amenities besides the free upgrade, early check in and late check out. At the next level, Diamond status, you receive breakfast free of charge at weekends. Nice place but poor information of restrictions

By arrival (late Thursday) we expected to get dinner at the restaurant. It was not possible (the restaurant was closed) and we received a not very good (to say the least) information on where to go. We ended up at a supermarket!! Restaurant information was sent in the bookinginformation - several pages -who reads them all, but not before booking as a part of the hotel decision process. This is probably my last stay at the hotel.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Especially with the experienced incidents due to the still limited service we offer because of the closed restaurant, I appreciate the personal and direct feedback very much and of course I do not want to miss to show you my appreciation here with my answer! After the long awaited relaxation of the very tough restrictions for our industry after now more than a year, we could not estimate the demand at the beginning. These are especially for tourism still dependent on the daily infection events and our industry is here very quickly hit by new requirements & restrictions. Now with the increasing demand and the joy of the increasing number of guests, we will specifically observe these and with an existing continuity also open our restaurant again, so that we then offer our guests again an all-round positive hotel experience. However, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. To avoid missunderstandings we send all information and to all our guests in adavance. Friendly staff, good price value, free parking, old rooms.

Dear T. family, I would like T. take this opportunity T. thank you very much for your feedback on your stay with us in August! We are really very happy that we can keep our hotel open until further notice and welcome all our guests, despite the current situation. We are especially happy about your positive words, that is really the biggest motivation for us. Especially after the difficult last months for our industry, it helps us T. keep the thought firmly in our mind that things will continue T. improve. Regarding the somewhat older room product, I have T. agree with you that it is already a bit outdated. But we are happy that everything is in a very good condition and that we were able T. buy new carpet, curtains and beds recently. We have already planned further measures, but the time of implementation is still uncertain due T. the pandemic that we hope is behind us. Great bed. Clean and confortable bed! Good breakfast, good coffee. The free bootle of water were not a standard ( the first time in Novotel).

We did enjoy our short stay at the Novotel Frankfurt very much. All staff members, in particular the nice ladies at the reception desk were very friendly, helpful, supportive and professional. The hotel itself provides everything one needs. The room had sufficient space for two. The location is a bit far away from the city center, but one can enjoy the nice and interesting walk to the Senkenberg Park and the old Opera House. It is a lovely part of the old and traditional Frankfurt. Public transport is available. We would recommend the Frankfurt Novotel for visitors who are enjoying their time in discovering cities while walking and strolling through and who aren’t too much under time pressure. Thumbs up!

Water pipe burst

The hotel is great, but unfortunately I can only describe my overall experience as average, as there was a burst water pipe in the middle of the night that robbed me of my sleep. The hotel can't be held responsible for this, but the fact that the management didn't even apologize for the night's hardships, for example a coffee on the house, is rather weak from a hospitality point of view.

There was hair and leavings from shaving in the shower. Hair in the bed. The room was very hot. IT was not the same standard as er have Expericed at other Novotel hotels. The breakfast was fine

Please be assured that we are ambitious every day to offer our guests the best possible service, because your satisfaction is the confirmation of our service and thus motivation! I must apologize for the fact that we have shown a negligent image with regard to the cleanliness of the room. In addition to service, hygiene and cleanliness have top priority. Air conditioning wasn't working in the room. I complained and changed once a room but it didn't work neither.

Regarding the insufficient air conditioning, I must apologize and I can more than understand that a good night's sleep were not possible. We have already been able to identify the defect in the air conditioning via an external company and this will now be rectified in a timely manner. I’ve got a room with no view although the hotel was almost empty. No breakfast in the hotel, had to walk to another hotel to eat. Apart from the reception night shift the staff was competent, helpful and nice. From 4 star hotel I Would expect more.

Especially with not entirely positive circumstances due to the not received room with a view as well as no breakfast in our hotel I have to apologize, but I really do appreciate the personal and direct feedback and of course I would not want to miss it to show you my appreciation with my answer here! I have spoken here immediately with my team, so that we offer our guests just in the current time still in the middle of the pandemic our guests an optimal service and comfort and this includes a room with a view. Regarding the breakfast, I must also apologize again for the circumstances. Due to the very low demand after the first relaxations in view of the pandemic, we did not offer breakfast until now. But now with the increasing demand and the pleasure of increasing guest numbers we have decided to offer our breakfast in the hotel again from July 14, 2021. We are very pleased that we will then again be able to offer our guests an all-round positive hotel experience, which of course includes a good breakfast. There is no airconditin. Rooms are very hot.

As you have already been informed by my team on site, we very much regret that due to the technical insufficient performance of the air conditioning your stay was not positive. I can more than understand that with the extremely high temperatures then the night's rest as well as a good sleep were not possible and for this I would like to apologize very much. Our air-conditioning system was not able to provide a pleasant cooling during the extreme temperatures towards 40 degrees during the last week. We have already hired an external company that will check and optimize the cooling performance tomorrow, so that we can then welcome our guests with cool interiors even at high temperatures.
