A very disappointing experience. I love Ibis Hotels, but this one is run down, the room was small and gloomy, and there was loose trim falling off the walls near the elevators. All of this I could forgive, except the front desk staff I dealt with were curt, sulky and never smiled or acted in any way that seemed welcoming or friendly. It felt like I was imposing on them and interrupting their private time. The worst customer experience I have had at a hotel for years!
