We booked this hotel for a family break having carried out a lot of research on star rating, location and previous guest reviews. The rooms are clean, and of a good size (we had a double room on the 7th floor). Air con worked a treat which was soooh needed as Toulouse was sweltering during the day and evening. Bathroom was modern and clean and the room had a safe, fridge and coffee maker. We ate breakfast the first day here which was quite expensive at £25 pp but it was fab with such a lovely selection of food and the staff were so helpful and friendly. A 10 minute walk from the main squares but not a problem at all. Would I stay here again? Definitely a yes.

Amazing team! A big thank you to Marie for encouraging us to stay in the suite, it was worth every penny. You could however provide 4-ply toilet paper and a toilet brush. We’ll be back, thank you for everything.

Very good location. 5 minutes walk from the city center. I appreciayed the room, the wonderful breakfast buffet, the fitness room. The petsonal is very kind. I loved the contemporary art gallery . The professionnalisme of the staff.

Overall the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was quite good. The only issue that arose had to do with the booking of 4 restaurants that I requested On the first night I was sent to a restaurant which was closed due to the day being a bank holiday (July 14th). This restaurant was in fact a two Michelin starred place with quite expensive dishes on the menu. The hotel sent a taxi to bring me to another restaurant which I had to pay for and was never reimbursed. The second restaurant for the following evening was never booked by the hotel and this necessitated the booking of another place at short notice. The third restaurant was for the 17th July and to the hotel's credit they had booked it. The last restaurant was for Monday 18th July and it turned out the restaurant was closed on Mondays. Overall the experience was disappointing regarding the bookings. It would appear that the person who sent me the email recommending the four restaurants never reserved any of them As a result I cut short my intended 5 night stay to 3 nights. On another matter when checking in I had to give a credit card guarantee for €1,200. This amount showed as "Pending" on my bank account. On leaving I was charged €494 for the 3 nights which was debited to my bank account. To date the "Pending" amount of €1,200 is still showing on my account and has not been removed. Can this now be corrected?

There was a misunderstanding about the restaurant bookings and once again we truly apologize for the disappointment that you had and be assured we will do everything possible for this kind of situation to never occur ever again. As for the deposit, we did cancel it during your departure and the pending amount should disappear soon ; in case it is still here in few days you may ask your bank about it. The staff were polite and the hotel is clean and well run. The public areas are very limited and there’s nowhere really to spend time outside of a room other than somewhere you’re expected to buy food or drink. The rooms are comfortable though quite bland. Gym is well equipped but the air con didn’t work.
