Staff were great, but the room was poor. Stuffy, poorly ventilated. The decor was cheap and nasty. Not a 5 star hotel. More like 2 or 3 star.

I'm afraid, this hotel is the worst I have stayed in , during my years staying in Pullman hotels. We had a pleasant room and it was ok , but not in my opinion was the room, staff or hotel generally 5 star , at best 3. They took 4 breakfast charges totalling 80 euros without my knowledge and so far have refused to answer my emails. Despite being a loyal accor member for many years this is the first time I have have any problems. I await their complaints department to respond.

We had a very nice time in the hotel, however on checkout you said we had nothing to pay as we had prepaid which was correct. However we left after we were told the final invoice would be posted .. when I received it you had added 80 euros for 4 breakfasts which we did not have !.. we are platinum members having travelled the world with accor and have never been treated like this .. I have written to your hotel twice and had no reply .. I do not expect this with a 5 star hotel and particularly since we are very loyal members . Please look into this and have the courtesy to reply respond and reimburse me the money you have taken .

Return back home from vacationing in South of France. Stayed here for last 2 nights. Always a good experience at this hotel, staff is excellent - hats off to the management. The only recommendation would be to start looking at replacing carpets in rooms.

One thing that was good about stay at this location was Camille who was gracious and super nice otherwise and also a young man who help us with our luggage and car, the rest were preoccupied by themselves been right and no people relation skills!

We enjoyed our visit to Toulouse and our stay in the hotel. There is construction in front of the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is very nice. The staff was extremely helpful with the check in and area recommendations.

This was our second one night stay in Toulouse; we found this hotel a lot better than the previous visit.We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the railway station. Yes, there is an enormous amount of building work going on in the centre of the City but that did not impact on us once we were in the Hotel. We were very pleased with the room we were given. We found the staff on Reception very friendly and empathetic. I enjoyed the welcome drinks!The bed was very comfortable- it was just a shame we had to wake up at around 7:00!The only unusual aspect to our stay was that breakfast was added to our bill. We did not have breakfast there nor had we dined in the previous evening. I was told this was their usual practice whereas I have never come across this in other Pullman hotels where we have stayed and I was concerned this was a fraudulent action.

This is a well run and friendly hotel. The room (an upgrade to a suite) was superb. The staff could not have been more accommodating, especially Paloma in the restaurant who allowed us to practise our French. The hotel is well situated a short walk from la Place Wilson and near to the railway station, though there are road works outside the hotel at the moment.

We visited Toulouse to see the Christmas market and Cite de l'espace with our daughter and our big dog. The hotel was really nice. I had completed online check-in, but our room was not ready yet. The hotel offered us drinks while we waited. All the staff was super nice. I recommend the hotel valet, quick and easy. There is a biiig hole in the street right in front of the hotel, so plan your trip accordingly. We knew beforehand, (but only from reading reviews). Short walk to the center, little shops and restaurants nearby. There is a club that gets out late with rowdy patrons, but I expect that from being in a city.

As a Platinum member, I prefer Accor hotels in general and Pullmann Hotel in particular. I had chances to stay in Pullmann’s in Germany and in Europe, my preference on Pullmann’s is because they are “smaller”, perfectly guest related and have the special touch. The Pullmann Toulouse appears to be as you would expect it to be. The welcome frendly, professionally and with a personal touch, the rooms modern, clean and brite, the bath tidy, modern and stylish. We booked a Superior- and we got a Deluxe-room (up-grade) but the heating/AC was disappointing, the windows could not be opened (we stood in the 8 floor) and wake up with a "big head", the view was on a construction area, I am happy, we stopped over the weekend and did not face any construction noises – this Is not recommendable. The location of the Hotel is central. You have easy access to the shopping roads, the sightseen spots and POI's. All you have to pass is a main zone of prostitutes or “we would call it an Urinal” - this is not recommendable The service we received was good, we asked for help at the check-in of our flights. The receptionist managed this perfectly; he introduced us to the free/but-not-free Minibar service in our room. We "misunderstood" the limitation between an exotic juice and an orange juice. So we had to pay 19 € for a barrier of nuts, a mini glass of nuts and a 0,2 l Granini. In other Hotels I am welcome with a dedicated offer and a note. This Management attention is member- and hospitality-related and sure spoiling, to ask for big money for peanuts sure not - this is not recommendable. We just stood 2 days and one night in Toulouse but we are curious to get to know more about the town, about the Hotel, I am only curious to read the next comments.

Dear Madame, Dear Sir, First of all I would like to thank you for sharing your impressions after your stay with us. I was happy to see that you felt welcome from our staff, that you appreciated the room design and the upgrade you received. Nevertheless, I am very sorry to read that you left us with a lukewarm memory for the minibar charges and area’s work. In the Deluxe or Suite Room you dispose indeed of a selection of free products and a price list is hanged on the minibar door in order to avoid this kind of misunderstanding and I am sorrowful to see that was not enough. And it is true that the city of Toulouse is getting a makeover with some work zone around the city centre, but fortunately we do not suffer from noise pollution either during the week or on weekends and measure with the city hall has been taken to clean up the work areas.
