« A nice stay »

Very good. We were early and the man at reception did his best to fit us in as soon as he could. We stay here once or twice a year and are nrmally happy with the room and service. Only one thing is that private parties are held in the main bar reception area now rather than further down the corridor and this is a little annoying if you would like a nightcap as there is a disco there and the noise is a little loud but more iportantly the bar is clissed to guests!! other than this it is a nice hotel and breakfast is really good.

With my regular stay at your hotel (once in 2 weeks) I know my way in your hotel. it is convenient for my work and I like the rooms, the gym facility and especially the sauna. I want to make 2 remarks: room: like this week's night I can clearly hear the neighbor in the room which keeps me from sleeping. but this is something you cannot do a lot against: only that I will request for the future a room at the end of the walkway and highest floor :) Second: the hospitality in your restaurant.... this can definitely improve. I do breakfast and dinner quite often at your place, I have eye for hospitality, and i'm having multiple examples of experiences that are not positive about this place. My last experience (yesterday morning) was that I have been demanded to sit somewhere else because the area where I wanted to sit was not ok for breakfast... common, at least ask kindly and help me to move my stuff then. Now it was demanded in not a nice way and this was completely not necessary. 5 staff members working on a breakfast with limited population. you can do better and must do better. If you think you want to improve on this point i'm happy to share more experiences, the essence will be: never forget that we are your guests and that this business drives on hospitality.

We had a nice stay, the room was very good and we ate diner in the restaurant which was very good. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very poor. The breakfast was insufficiently refilled, the bread and eggs were hardly refilled and was immediately finished. From bread there was only 2 pieces of sugar loaf.
