I try to come for the football at least once a year and this hotel is fantastic, I couldn’t rate it any higher. The staff are friendly and polite. Service is excellent! Will be back

The hotel is very noisy, not only the people outside my window playing music all through the night, but also other guests constantly shouting and playing music so loud in their rooms it could be heard all through the floor. The hotel also stank of smoke a lot of the time and the fire alarm even went off one night at nearly 3 in the morning.

Overall I was very happy with my stay. The room decor was lovely and location great for getting around Milan with many transport options. Was happy to see the USB charging points beside the bed but unfortunately they didn’t work. Would have been good to have a glass or cup in the room for having a drink of water. The interior signage in the foyer indicated that there was a bar but when I went to check it out I was shouted at by a member of staff asking where I was going - apparently the bar is only used for breakfast choices!
