Booked and paid for a Superior Room with a Nespresso machine three months ahead of our trip. Wasn't allocated one. None available on arrival. They supplied an electric kettle but no cups or tea or coffee. Being British we had tea, coffee and cups besides our own travel kettle. Secure parking was an absolute necessity and I checked on availability before booking. I was not informed it was €18.00 per 24 hours. That is steep considering the hotel is not in the centre of Milan and I do not consider a €22.00 taxi fare to the centre as being near to it. Paolo, a desk manager, had the parking fee with Novotel cancelled.

Overall good experience, good value for the price (Accor Hotels member), good lobby spaces. Breakfast buffet options were great, made for a great start of the day before going off "touristing". Right next door to Novotel, which gives the customer a restaurant option. However there was an issue with HVAC in the rooms, specially considering the time of the year and the building's sun exposure, it led to not being an ever better experience. The front-desk was kind enough to change us to a different room, but the new room had the same issue. Since we were checking-out the next morning, we didn't make much of an issue. HVAC system really needs to be looked at to properly accomodate for summer/heat wave weather.

Little competent staff - garage parking expensive - breakfast just enough - architectural style in concrete of the 70s - good connection to the inexpensive, frequent metro
