The room was not prepared at check-in time (3pm), there was no bath towel because the room was for three people, there was no "do not disturb" sign in the room, the liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner were not replenished daily. It was a bad experience to stay at this hotel.

Amazing. It has been the first family travel after 2 years of pandemic; there was an issue with the room and it was solved by the staff immediately with a change of the room, they moved our luggage while wee were away and when come back, our stuff was in different new room, without us having to bother with moving anything! There were LOT of people from Belgium, for University exchange program, they told us around 170, despite this we had dinner at the hotel and the service was quick and the food really tasteful! We REALLY enjoyed our stay.

1. The first room 604 that was arranged was at the back of the elevator, and the noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep all night. 2. At about 8:30 in the morning, I went to the front desk to change rooms. The front desk staff asked me: Your check-out time is today, why do you want to change rooms? I said that when I checked in, I indicated that I would stay for one more day and had already paid the fee. I can show you the receipt of my credit card. After repeated communication, she checked again, only to find that the staff who checked in for me yesterday did not changed my check-out time, although he charged a fee. 3. Later, she helped me change rooms and told me that it was too early and there was no clean room. I needed to wait in the lobby for half an hour and told the housekeeper to immediately clean up a clean room for me. I dragged my tired body in the lobby again. After waiting for half an hour, I was about to go to bed when I came to the new room 709, but was woken up by a knock on the door, it was HSKP, she came to ask me if I needed to clean the room. I don't understand, it's obviously the room that has just been cleaned, why did you come to ask? I think there is only one possibility. The front desk lied to me. In fact, there is a clean room, but they told me that there is no room, so HSKP would knock on the door and ask me. 4. After I fell asleep, I was woken up by the sound of the door opening. I didn't know who came in. The person opened the door and came in a little and then backed out. I wanted to hang it on the door before going to bed. The sign for do not disturb, but I didn't find this sign in the newly changed room, maybe HSKP forgot to put it on, but I was too tired, so I didn't care so much, I just wanted to go to bed as soon as possible, who knows I just slept for an hour, I was woken up by the sound of the door opening and an unknown person entered my room.This is ridiculous!! 5. On the day of check-out, around 11:30, someone knocked on the door. This is the way I have never seen to urge a guest to check out. Then I got up and started to take a shower. When I was in toilet, I heard someone knocking on the door. I try to opened the door, and who knew that person swiped the card and was ready to come in. Since I locked the door the night before, because I didn’t want anyone to swipe the card to come in while I was sleeping, that person didn’t come in this time, from knocking on the door to opening the door. The person outside the door didn't say a word, after a few quick knocks on the door, the person swiped the room card and wanted to come in. I don't understand that this is the standard for entering a guest's room?

The bathroom was not functional and had to be fixed twice once for the bath and other time wash basin. The water handle at the wash basin was broken. On other hand the breakfast was fantastic and room service was great.

great location and offer for our stay. room was not as nice as the other times. Well r could have been told to get verbal y early for breakfast as usual the hotel was fully booked and the queue to get a table was just too much. we had dinner as well, it was ok for my wife and daughter but I've asked for linguine with vongole and it was with octopus instead with just 2 vongole on my plate, I could been told before and I would have been happy to change my choice

We stayed for 8 nights at this hotel, in a family room for 4. Bedroom was 25sqm which is a cosy fit for family of 4. The beds are comfortable and the rooms cleaned everyday to expected standards. The only thing was house keeping missed on replenishing toiletries and coffee making facilities so had to keep getting them from reception often after arriving at the hotel after a long day. The breakfast is good, had hearty vegetarian options as we are vegetarians. Covid restrictions meant we had to queue up to be served which is bit annoying during busy times. Although there were two counters to serve up, only one remained functional. I love the fresh coffee served from the machine on top of the auto dispenser. Overall a pleasant stay.

The staff were wonderful. The restaurant was amazing. The lower points were mainly because of the construction noise which can’t be helped at this time.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, however I was disappointed with location and breakfast. I have been in many Novotels before and breakfast was good. This time, instead of a buffet, there was one (only one) lady, serving the guests behind a plexiglas window, hence long cues and poor choice. If Corona was the reason, then this is pointless as people got much closer while cueing than if they were using a buffet, all to avoid a virus that you can eat but not breath in? And only one person serving? Not good, not good!

Really desapointed, une first nihit was a nightmare because windows were crashed ( room 608), looks road into your bedroom , the second day, I asked a new bedroom and... exactly the same thing, the room 708 was just behind external air cooled .... every 20minutes..... the engine made noise .... I didn't sleep on 3 nights!!! Wow amazing !!!

I have to admit that not only each one of you was great but also the way you work as a team n love each others n cooperate together to help was more than super. The team work is the best I have seen in any hotels our of 30 countries and over 25 with accor.

The hotel is located 20mins by tube from the city centre but is easy to get to, it would be ideal if there was a direct service into the centre ( Duomo). The Ca Grand tube station is located 5 mins walk from the hotel, so cant complain.Upon checking in very late but was very quick with the nigh clerk. Our room was on the 4th floor, The room was spacious but was dusty. There was no functioning air conditioning which was a shame because if you opened up the windows, Mosquitoes would fly in and chew you whilst you slept.Mind you our stay was in Oct. The bathroom is basic but sterile.The bed was fine but there is a shortage of charge points in the room. Not the best Novotel room we have stayed in but livable for a day or two.

I was in MIlan recently for a conference and stayed at this hotel. Wonderful experience. Well mannared efficient staff. The breakfast has a good spread and healthy opyions also are available. The express laundry service is excellent and on time delivery.

It was disappointing for a 4 star. The room was poor, gym room not as in pictures, the machines were old and were making some sound. The breakfast was poor with little options. Overall very dissatisfied
