I understand the re-opening due to COVID and the fact that they ar enot fully operating, however, from reception to the bar and the restaurant the service received was not as i remembered. On top i had to change room as the initial one wasnt working properly and was extremly dirty (toilet) and i have been moved to a new room, even dirtier, where the air conditioning wasnt working... a big big disappoitnment. i m sure i will not stay there anymore, despite travelling and staying at this hotel on a weekly basis i will have to change it

We were unable to travel due to COVID19 travel restrictions. Prior to our stay, I emailed the hotel and asked for refund or a suggestion of what we could do (ie credit for a future booking). I did not receive a reply. After our reservation I received an invoice.

Marcello, Mohamed Dahrawi, Antonio, Sara, Rui or Rudi (Operations n Points Mgr), Maria in ibis thank you all guys. I have to admit that not only each one of you was great but also the way you work as a team n love each others n cooperate together to help was more than super. The team work is the best I have seen in any hotels our of 30 countries and over 25 with accor.

Staff is friendly but food selection at breakfast is not matching a 4 star hotel by far

I am staying in Accor hotels for over 15 years. I have been to many Novotels around the world, but so poor breakfast i didn't see for long time. I kind of cheese a bit mozarela and that all , no slices of normal cheese , no Brie no Camambert ( so cheap in Italy ) i asked for fried egg, the answer was that i should pay 10 Euro for that. i was in a kind of shock . if your chef is preparing scrambled eggs for breakfast and any way he has to re fill it , why he can not make 10 fried eggs and put it near by the scrambled eggs. Bread : 3-4 white simple bread, no whole wheat bread whole( they are so many kinds) , no one kind of healthy bread . Peperoni and cucumbers are basic, why cant you put some cuts of those vegetable on the table. super food trend : nice to see 2-3 what called super food on the buffed, but if you server flex seeds not grinnded, they do not digest in our body as whole seeds. by the way my SIM card fall under my bed , and it seems that for long time no proper caccuum cleaner was done. i am sorry for my complain, it is probably the first time i am doing such a long complain. by the way i had a dinner at the dinning room and the steak i got was prefect really good source of meat and a chef who knows how to prepare steaks. thanks best regards

The worse check-in experience that I ever had at Novotel Milano Nord Ca Granda

To make sure that I have a room rest after 13 hours flight and early arrival into Milan, I pre-blocked one night before the actual arrival date, all are pre-paid and have clearly indicated as special note in the reservation. To my horror, my room was sold and the hotel claimed that because I did not show up on the pre-blocked night and the hotel was fully booked. i was invited for the online check in, and the confirmation to me cited my online check in was successful, but i still get to wait for 30 min, I was allocated a room at the end of the hallway on Level 1, despite my request to have room on the higher floor. the disappointment continues when I open the door, the room is NOT clean after the previous guests check out. The front office female who check me in refushed to look at it for herself, instead, Duty manager Emmanuel came to look at the situation and offered an upgrade to the executive room on Level 7. The infrastructure in this room seriously need an upgrade, safety box is broken, toilet flashing system, the water flow in the wash basin . the staff in the hotel generally are friendly, but the first female front office staff that i interact with is super rude and unfriendly. there is nothing interesting around the hotel, just a quiet neighbourhood. getting to town by Metro is approx, 30 min including walking time to the Metro station.

Compared to other Novotels, this hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. The reception really didn’t appear interested and left is standing waiting on three occasions whilst working on their PCs. This is not usual for Novotels where we are normally met by friendly, enthusiasic and helpful staff.

Room was having weired smell and was very noisy. You coukd hear the traffic and people talking in the corridor. Bidet was not draining well.

The hotel doesn't deserve the name Novotel anymore It is old; elevator is historic item The guy at the reception is good The guys at the restaurant and bar are very bad They do not how any welcoming behavior No variety at the breakfast at all; you must eat lot of sugar to have your breakfast

Rooms are a bit dated and the water tap in the bathroom (room 421) was missing a part, but overall the room was clean with good soundproofing. Overall very good value for money.

we arrived late in christmas eve, check in with no problem at all, guy at reception was so polite and even noticed that day was my wife birthday. Family traveling with 2 older boys, room with sofa bed was comfortable and big enough to store our luggage. Breakfast was good enough, but more selection for asian guest would be more appreciated. Location and price are the most convenient, paid parking space are available and nearest tram/metro station is just 5 mins walk Will stay again when visiting to milan

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The room furnishings are quite worn and outdated. The bathroom was very dirty for a 4 star hotel. Room cleaning was very meager.
