The room was not prepared at check-in time (3pm), there was no bath towel because the room was for three people, there was no "do not disturb" sign in the room, the liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner were not replenished daily. It was a bad experience to stay at this hotel.

Amazing. It has been the first family travel after 2 years of pandemic; there was an issue with the room and it was solved by the staff immediately with a change of the room, they moved our luggage while wee were away and when come back, our stuff was in different new room, without us having to bother with moving anything! There were LOT of people from Belgium, for University exchange program, they told us around 170, despite this we had dinner at the hotel and the service was quick and the food really tasteful! We REALLY enjoyed our stay.

1. The first room 604 that was arranged was at the back of the elevator, and the noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep all night. 2. At about 8:30 in the morning, I went to the front desk to change rooms. The front desk staff asked me: Your check-out time is today, why do you want to change rooms? I said that when I checked in, I indicated that I would stay for one more day and had already paid the fee. I can show you the receipt of my credit card. After repeated communication, she checked again, only to find that the staff who checked in for me yesterday did not changed my check-out time, although he charged a fee. 3. Later, she helped me change rooms and told me that it was too early and there was no clean room. I needed to wait in the lobby for half an hour and told the housekeeper to immediately clean up a clean room for me. I dragged my tired body in the lobby again. After waiting for half an hour, I was about to go to bed when I came to the new room 709, but was woken up by a knock on the door, it was HSKP, she came to ask me if I needed to clean the room. I don't understand, it's obviously the room that has just been cleaned, why did you come to ask? I think there is only one possibility. The front desk lied to me. In fact, there is a clean room, but they told me that there is no room, so HSKP would knock on the door and ask me. 4. After I fell asleep, I was woken up by the sound of the door opening. I didn't know who came in. The person opened the door and came in a little and then backed out. I wanted to hang it on the door before going to bed. The sign for do not disturb, but I didn't find this sign in the newly changed room, maybe HSKP forgot to put it on, but I was too tired, so I didn't care so much, I just wanted to go to bed as soon as possible, who knows I just slept for an hour, I was woken up by the sound of the door opening and an unknown person entered my room.This is ridiculous!! 5. On the day of check-out, around 11:30, someone knocked on the door. This is the way I have never seen to urge a guest to check out. Then I got up and started to take a shower. When I was in toilet, I heard someone knocking on the door. I try to opened the door, and who knew that person swiped the card and was ready to come in. Since I locked the door the night before, because I didn’t want anyone to swipe the card to come in while I was sleeping, that person didn’t come in this time, from knocking on the door to opening the door. The person outside the door didn't say a word, after a few quick knocks on the door, the person swiped the room card and wanted to come in. I don't understand that this is the standard for entering a guest's room?
