It was not clear when I choose the reservation during the booking I was not alone for the business but with my partner and wife As I am Gold , I will hope that you could give me the chance to have a different room as I take sometimes when I stay for business Sorry, but it was not good

First of all i booked a junior suite with lounge access - But there is no Lounge, so i pay more than i suppose too. Second things is that the person who check in make a mistake and make me pay instead just take a warranty amount ! And when i check out my bills was inferior of what i paid. But they can't be able to reimbourse me on my card !

Not what it used to be

This hotel has changed. Still clean and conveniently located with nice room and comfy beds. However the rest is very disappointing. Amongst the issues experienced during my 4 nights stay: - Very late cleaning of the room ~5pm - Slow room service. Learnt what I ordered wasn't available only when I received half a dish. - 50% of breakfast buffet available - not what it used to be. Staff generally rude: "What do you want?" kind of feedback. Overall, the hotel is way too busy - conferences, weddings, salsa dancing... So many hotel outsiders not wearing covid protection etc... The hotel is really not demonstrating it takes the situation seriously. This hotel was without a doubt my go-to in Abidjan but now I'm in the market for something new and I hear there are shiny new buildings around the corner.

Very bad experience at check in. I had an unfortunate situation with Mr. Michel Kouamé. I’m glad I spoke with the Rooms Manager Mrs. Potin, who issued a refund for 1 night at the time of check out. As soon as I get back to New York, I will be filing a complaint with Accor executives.

Well located, nice rooms and great design. However, poor quality of service : no parking Space available on the premises, only one towel in the room, asked for more but never received, mistakes on the bill, no change but the agent assumed she doesn’t have to even say «   sorry we don’t have any change » she just assumed they should keep it without bothering trying to find some

Well located but the level of service declining

This was my second stay at the Pullman, I love hotel. But the level of service has declined a little. Two major complaints I have are that: 1) my daily room clean up and refresh always lacked something, for the 6 nights I spent at the hotel, I only received the expresso pods on 3 days. At some point I had to ask the staff for refills. Similarly, my slippers were only replaced twice, I had to again ask for new slippers at some point. 2) the breakfast service has declined, if one doesn't arrive before 6:30am (the public starting time) you are greeted by empty servings as some early guests would arrange before 6:30am and by the time my team would arrive, we'd have to wait for coffee refills, juice refills and a this wasted precious timer we did not have every morning.

The hotel is great but the service is very poor. If you request something it takes forever to receive it. Your security and even other crew act like beggars. People give tips to servicemen by will not by pressure.
