« No reason not to be satisfied »

Stayed only for one night. The woman who checked us in was friendly, and the process was Easy. She gave us recommendations and was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean, felt recently renovated, and had a cool vibe. Location was also great. Due to our airline discount, we can honestly say that the product we got was way above our expectations. Good job everyone. Would definitely return and recommend.

Breakfast was not included and I had to call 3 times to get the hold released and still not released after 2 weeks. Lots of noise early morning couldn’t get enough sleep.

« Well located »

Very good in general except for the parking, we were parked in lowest level. No elevator on this level. We had to look for it to find out we had to take the stairs to the next level to get to the elavator. All this carrying our luggages and up the stairs wasn't the best. Other than this our stay was great.

Great location near Bell Center and downtown bars, pubs and restaurants. Within minutes to the subway. Staff are very courteous and the hotel has nice updated rooms that are very clean.

Had tickets for Montreal Canadiens game. Love stayed at this hotel due to location. However, we only had 3 pillows in room with no extra ones available. There was also no sheet on our bed; just comforter and mattress cover.

Very good experience but the timing of the free breakfast buffet was miscommunicated when I was checking in late on a Friday evening. I was told it ended at 11am on Saturday and Sunday and 10:30am on Monday and weekdays. Luckily I arrived before 10am on Monday but was told by the waitress that the buffet was ending. I was able to take up food but the waitress indicated that this wasn't the first time the check in clerk had miscommunicated. Please correct and re-train as necessary.

« Clean, modern rooms with a super friendly and accommodating staff! »

The best part of our recent trip to Montreal was our stay at Novotel!!! Our flights were delayed numerous times, then cancelled, and we ended up having no luggage for most of the trip. We lost 2 of our 3 nights stay in Montreal. Although our hotel room was prepaid and could not be refunded the hotel staff did everything they could to make our experience a good one. They credited the value of one of our missed nights to our room for use at the hotel restaurant and bar (which had fantastic food and service), allowed us to check in very early on the day we finally arrived, and allowed us to check out late the next day when we were scheduled to leave. The friendly and accommodating staff of your hotel saved our trip from being a disaster and we are VERY grateful for this kindness and service. We will return to your hotel the next time we come to Montreal and will recommend it to everyone we know who is travelling to your city! Thank you so much!!!!

I thought the room was clean and modern, especially the bathroom. Although I didn't use them (I had a very short stay), I appreciated that there was a kettle and a full-sized hair dryer in the room. The room service was great and the meal was hot and delicious. The hotel was very quiet and I found the bed quite comfortable.
