Very convenient location , nice welcome at the front office and people in charge of luggage and taxi . Pleasant breakfast . Weakness : poor flexibility and accuracy for the delivery of the room .

Lovely space and great location coming from the A8 and easy to avoid Cannes city traffic, but the centre is close by for visits.

The location is very nice, promenade waterfront, great breakfast view with various food and drink options and plenty of space in the hotel. Reception staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms have everything necessary available.

The hotel is located at the beautiful beach of Mandelieu and the view is stunning. The interior is well thought out. The service is just not up to a medium or high standard. The floor in our room was still sandy and the room service arrived around 5 pm every day or didn't even make it. For breakfast you are served coffee after 25 min and otherwise get the alternative to get paper cups with espresso. The bar closes at 11:40 although there is still around 15 pople in need for drinks and already intended to order. We asked politely if we could have another glass of wine but were put off by being told that they are already closing. Well, if you do not want to make money its you own fault.

The lack of decent catering for halaal and vegetarians was embarrassing and hugely disappointing.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feelings with us. We are sorry that the hotel was not to your liking. Your Director has chosen all the menus and their contents. We were aware of special diets and provided each meal with a vegetarian dish, previously approved by your Director. He was very happy with it. Therefore, I recommend that you approach him directly in order to share your grievances with him for the next time. Hoping to have the opportunity to regain your confidence on a future visit.
