The rooms need some “love” in terms of renovations…carpeting from balcony to toilet…scuffs…cracks…water stains…towels…but the hotel is beautifully located and staff are 10/10!

Everything was great except they did not do anything to get my ready faster. I arrived after 22 hours of traveling at 9am. My room was ready at 4pm. With massive jet lag from Asia this was bad service. Others arrived and got their room immediately at 2pm. They were polite but really didn’t do anything at all to speed up the preparation of my room Otherwise the hotel was very nice. Food was very good. Staff friendly throughout.

It is obvious that when arriving at 9 am with a full hotel, it was already necessary to wait for the customer to leave his room before noon, then the time to redo it as a priority despite certain setbacks. Check-ins are "from 3 p.m." and you were able to have your room at 3:43 p.m. I completely understand that the trip was long and that you want to rest. The room and facilities was excellent. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. The pool and sun beds were good value for money with the beach close by if you wish a dip in the sea.

Terrible. We booked 8 rooms for a wedding and called to let them know in advance. We arrived at 1 and they told us the rooms would be ready at 2 - we waited and went back to be told they were not ready and to come back at 3. We did that and got told that they were busy and rooms would be ready at 4.30, the time our taxi was booked for to get to the venue. The worst is they were zero apologetic, didn’t offer anything to make up for their fault or did anything to fix it. It was the worst customer experience I have ever seen.
