The "premium" room is nice but if I had to book again, I would choose a regular room because I was expecting a balcony/patio like mentioned there would be. The room is quite small also. The hotel is nice, i liked the neighborhood, right in front of the station. I do recommend this hotel.

I was several times in your hotel but the first time in a room with a window to the terrace. It was nobody outside but if so, I couldn't open the curtain. When my secretary is booking the room I would nevertheless prefer that the bill and any further communication is on my name.

Even the privilege room is pretty small with only a small window but it is confortable There is a Covid-style breakfast that I understand. But selection is limited and try eating your cereal from a carton cup with a (too) small bamboo spoon. The location suited very well but the hotel did not impress me

From the lack of a real Reception desk to the small rooms with tired-looking decor, there is not much to be excited about at Mercure Paris Massy. Only positive is the pleasant staff.

The hotell in general was up to my expectations along with the service, there were however technical issues with the card reader when I wished to check in (after calling the bank on the phone I was told it was related to the card reader not being online to check account balance on the card). There was luckily no issues checking out and paying with the same card.

Room was satisfactory but the evening meal was poor. the fish was not cooked, fried on the outside but cold in the centre. I sent it back but it was returned having been fried on the parts I had opened. I checked the area for a MacDonalds but they are too far away for that time of night. The hotel was being refurbished on the floor of my room. More effort could have been put into preventing dirt from the works being in the thoroughfare from the lift.
