Very noise, room far to hot, if you open the windows the noise keeps you awake. Shower leaking. Hotel states breakfast starts at 6 yet every morning is was to.d couldn’t have breakfast at 6 as service started 6.30 Hotel needs a complete overhaul

unpleasant stay

The room we were initially given did not meet the level of cleanliness expected as the duvet had (dried blood?) stains and there was a hair on the sheet! The room was also very tired and the sofa looked worn and stained. We asked to be moved to a different room but were told the hotel was fully booked and we had to wait for the sheets to be changed and a cover placed on the sofa, and were given drink vouchers which we did not want. We were eventually given a different room which was cleaner but hot due to lack of AC so we had to open the window which made it very noisy due to railway and traffic noise. Overall quite an unpleasant and disappointing stay .We will not be staying in this hotel again !!

A good room, adequate bathroom, no frills accommodation. When you are not going to spend a lot of time in your room, or the hotel. The price is great and room more than adequate!

I got charged 5 nights plus £120 for what was really only 2 nights!

Despite telling staff (and providing evidence on the day) that I had cancelled all other rooms many weeks before, I have returned home to find my credit card has been charged over £500 for what should have been a cost of just £120. I have since complained to the hotel and no reply to date.

Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problems, we are undergoing a light refurbishment programme after having to defer to the full refurbishment project, all of the doors and locks have been changed and sadly we had some teething problems. In terms of Food and Beverage, I am sorry you were disappointed, we are endeavoring to increase the offer as we go into these new times. Paid over £80 to stay in a hotel where the curtains which I did not notice until the next morning has what looked like sick down them. Sorry but I won’t be staying there again

Have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it. Location is excellent for city center and rail links. Hotel in general is always nice and clean and staff are very helpful

Arrived Sat 1.30pm my wife is disabled We requested for lunch Sandwiches salad and drinks were sent to our room excellent The bedroom was good and clean The breakfast was OK

Checked in online with credit card details etc but then had to do it all again at the hotel. Never managed a drink at bar as no staff to serve

As usual, we had a lovely evening after attending the football. Check in was a lot later than it should have been, and staff were clearly struggling to cope at breakfast. We put both of these down to difficulties in obtaining staff following covid closures, so neither affected our enjoyment. Will most definitely be back. Our favorite Wolverhampton central hotel.

Rooms are tired, in need of a refurb No air conditioning, which is fine when it is not warm but the rooms do retain the heat especially as windows do not fully open This makes them uncomfortable at night Breakfast buffy style and not the best
