Overall the stay was fine. Things to make it perfect: 1. The water bottle have bad smell, maybe on the sunlight and long time standing. 2. not all rooms have small radiator inside the bathroom it's not good for the towel. 3. Sometimes I get a room with a view into the parking which is not Ideal :/ 4. Windows are not clean.

I had a good experience, friendly staff but in reception and restaurant. Room was fine, missing the opportunity to open a windows, on the other hand that would properly has been suitable anyway, due to the location in the middle of a very busy area.

Probably I had a very high level of expectations based on my previous experience with Accor chain, with other Mercure hotels. This time I’ve got bad services. There were no priority check-in, no welcome amenities applicable for the gold status. There were no shampoo at the room or other basic things like a shoehorn. Feels like a stay in hostel. Every time when I was about to wash my hair I had to beg for it. I could imagine the mistake could happened once, but not 2 times and for sure not 3 times. The towels were rather old.

Second time staying here and will be back next year. The staff were amazing as we arrived very early from our flight and they were able to check in one person from our group so we could leave our luggage. Hotel facilities were 10/10 saunas and pool was great, our room was spacious and great soundproofing . Highly recommended.

Amazing breakfast. Ok room

Breakfast was amazing. Room was good. The paper cubs were not what you expect in a Mecure hotel room. The 3rd bed was uncomfortable and when asked for a little mattress on top of the pulled out couch they did not supply. When asked for the accor discount on dinner/breakfast they did not know or bother finding out and adding it. Only for dinner after I said they should at least add 10% discount. They messed up the reservation going through the hotel and gave me wrong amounts so I booked through accor app. Dinner was disappointing, no big choice and quality not the best.

We had something to solve in Tilburg, and knowing that transportation is not going to be a problem we choose to stay in the city centre. Excellent decision! Nice room - with the church view, clean, comfortable. Very polite and friendly personnel. Helpful also: I managed to get back my lost in train backpack... Excellent breakfast, delicious orange juice freshly squeezed and tasteful coffee. I recommend also the inhouse self to be made Gofer which was fantastic! I will always return here with great pleasure! Keep it up!

All was fine, we even got an appartement over a room, but next to it was a place full of pubs. The bed room was situated at that side. The facilities, staff and hotel was however excellent

One night stay for business trip. Comfortable accommodation. But staff were confused over whether dinner was available after9pm: it wasn't, though bar snacks were available.

The helpdesk of Accor is almost not reachable. I needed support from the hotel manager. But she was inpolite and ruth. The closet in the room was in front of the window. Very strange. The lady at the breakfast talks way to much.

The hotel has a center location in Tilburg. Everything is outstanding. Customer service is second to none. Breakfast could be expensive for some people but you have a lot of things, fresh orange juice too ! Coffee is very good. Rooms are big. You can use a complete spa service if you select a Privilege room and the gym or you can pay it if needed, Parking near by at a good price. so you won't be disappointed here !

The overall stay was one of worse stay at Mercure hotels, at the reseption I was not getting any upgrade for my 3 stays, the room giving was not as expected as the bed was not comfortable, the second day my room was not properly cleaned and they forgot to put toilet paper, towels, water and drinks at the fridge. There is not always availability to give our guests an upgrade to a privilege room and we are very sorry that we could not give you the upgrade. Since this month there is no minibar in the rooms anymore except in the privilege rooms only the included soft drinks, we have a shop where you can buy products.
