I was by chance here , made a mistaek mixing up my reservation with the other charles de gaulle conventions. but in any case it was nice stay . i used the fitness room , maybe somethign to improve in here is to put additional weight equipment or othr equipment simmilar to chrles de gaulle conventions.

The staff is really fantastic and deserve an award for its commitments. My first impression regarding this Mercure CDG Hotel is that it needs some refreshment in term of equipment and renovation. I only spent one night and slept comfortably. The breakfast is large enough and Nadia is paying attention to all details carefully. I used the Hotel Van transfer to Roissy airport and all went very well.

Spacious Family room

The family suite was spacious enough for the two adults and two children in our family. The outdoor parking lot was easier accessible and facilicated our departure for the airport. Front desk personnel was friendly and checkout was quick. Attention needs to be drawn to cleanliness in the room : while I am sure high-contact touchpoints were cleaned as needed before our arrivanl, other parts if the room needed a little cleaning (certain walls for example - especially next to the toilet).

Nothing to complain, I was nicely welcomed and I appreciated the amenities. The hotel was very quiet and I had a good night rets which is all that matters. My room was on the back side of the hotel which was even more appreciated and, this is a real hotel, not cliquy modern, just nice.

I got a bag of breakfast - all very sweet stuff - and a small papercup of expresso. When I wanted to have more coffee - as I did not eat any of the too sweet breakfast - I lined up in front of the desk and waited to be served. A person was working in the kitchen area, but did not give notice to me in 10 minutes. Now we were 4 people waiting to get served. I went to the check-in desk and asked the person behind to call the "breakfast waiter" and he told me he wold be there right away, but after 5 minutes more waiting I and two other customers gave up getting any service. The rest of the service and standard was OK.

got the room (212) with molded window frame all around it ( good treat for gold member). then got changed to another room (39), which is a little bit nicer but strange fitting in the room. the room is dimly lit. the shower cubicle has tiny partition so it got wet everywhere after. and tiny cockroach in the room. (let me know if u need picture , i can show it)

I love the room with nice designation and a big bathroom as well as a big window facing to the East where I can enjoy the sun rises. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. I will come back soon and introduce your hotel to my friends.

Expected by reception when I arrived. Room clean and ready. Good bar and facilities. Breakfast Ok but no cafe au lait: Just the ubiqitous nespresso, quelle domage. Excellent shuttle service to T2 CDG.

Rooms in process of being redecorated. Was not given correct rooms at check in and confusion about whether credit card details needed (as rooms were prepaid). Using the Pink airport bus is inadequate if there is lots of luggage as bus does not have any luggage space. Also no idea of how frequent bus is when you are queuing at airport. Restaurant lively and serves reasonable food.

We always ask for a bank guarantee even when the room is prepaid for your extras (meals for example). Regarding the shuttle, depending on where you took it there is a sign indicating the next arrivals. But according to the traffic this one can be distorted. Hotel with clean room and a nice bar where you can eat quickly some good small dishes. Good service, easy and fast check-in/out. Easy to park at a reasonable price, close to the airport or A1 highway.

Room (suit) was fantastic, spotlessly clean and just what our family needed - two boys loved having own beds and degree of independence. Staff really helpful and friendly, breakfast excellent. The hotel was clean, convenient, and reasonable. The airport shuttle was a big plus-give a little extra time to catch it if you're catching a flight as it stops at several hotels and can be crowded. The front desk crew was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast buffet, although not fantastic, was sufficient and decent for a quick bite before a flight. The only complaint was a rude waiter in the hotel restaurant the night before, but overall a good experience.

As a frequent traveler to/through Paris for may years, after trying several hotels in Roissy en France I concluded that the Mercure Paris Roissy CDG is the most ideal hotel to stay when transiting through Paris. It is welcoming, clean, with friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are comfortable and well kept.It is only a short walk from the village centre, a few minutes away from the airport with regular shuttle buses to/from the airport. It's good value for money and the dining/bar services are very good and at reasonable prices.

Poor reception.

A comfortable stay spoiled only by a very poor reception experience. There were two inattentive members of staff apparently helping one customer, but not to check in. Another member of staff finally arrived and I let my 2 colleagues go first. She then checked in another customer who arrived after us even though I was clearly next. Not the service I would expect as a Gold member. The bar atmosphere was good and we ordered a pizza which we shared. We liked it so much, we ordered another. There were some people playing live music which was too loud and rather annoying. The only respite was, they stopped for the football. The checkout staff were inattentive and somewhat robotic.

At only 15mn from the airport with a free shuttle service, we are working on a new restaurant concept and breakfast to give you the best experience, see you soon, Deleignies M. General Manager Mercure Paris Roissy CDG

This was a very comfortable and convenient hotel for my last night before catching an early morning flight at CDG. The restaurant in the hotel was tasty with a good selection of choices. The shuttle bus comes every 20 minutes and dropped me at my terminal. There is also a breakfast buffet.

I stayed here as it was close to the airport. I fully expected everything to be quite expensive but was pleasantly surprised it wasn't. Parking for the night was 14 Euros (14 hours) and the room service charges were very reasonable. There is also a facility to be able to buy snacks and sandwiches from reception, although these were much more expensive than you would pay in a normal shop, it was nice to have that option. The reception staff were not very talkative and felt a bit robotic, but the bar staff were ok. I stayed in a room which was close to some storage, when the employees were going in and out they were making a lot of noise. Talking very loud late at night and in the early morning and slamming doors. There were also no cotton buds available in the room.
