Why ask people to sit so far from the buffet? You can’t see your kids if you have some, you need to walk a lot and often because no support are available to carry your plates.

We stayed at the hotel because of its proximity to Charles de Gaulle airport. The evening before our flight we registered and paid for the airport shuttle service for our party of 6 for 7:00 the following morning. When the shuttle arrived 10 minutes late, there was only room for 2. We were assured another shuttle would arrive “in 5 minutes.” Twenty minutes later a very small car arrived for the remaining 4 people. We were crammed into the car with our luggage in our laps. We were then dropped at the wrong terminal at the airport.

No problem with parking,nice welcoming gift,like 2cv in lobby,since I have one too.We choose this hotel because of shuttle to CGD.Got help at reception with booking shuttle but when I try to book return trip to hotel I was told that we could only go to airport with shuttle but on return we need to take taxi,after few minutes of questions about this crazy logistics we give up.In the morning I was going to see manager but gentlemen in reception said there is no problem to use and book shuttle back.This problem wipeout all positive about this hotel.To bad that reception isn’t trained little more . The Mercure Paris Roissy Charles De Gaulle Hotel is a very comfortable hotel which is well run by friendly and dedicated staff. The rooms and meals are good value for money and the service is top class. It is always my first choice of hotel when I am transiting through Paris. It is also situated close to Roissy En France where there are amenities i.e. supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Check-in was not a problem. The room was strange - there was a double bed with two single comforters. I have never seen this before in the many hotels I have stayed at. I asked reception if maybe the room was not completely ready for a guest. She came to my room to check, and said it was normal but can change my room for me. New room was much better - double bed with the appropriate size comforter.

A comfortable and well run hotel with friendly and efficient staff. The food is good and it has a nice seating/drinks area outside near the bar. Ideal for travelers on short stays or in transit through Paris Charles De Gaulle airport as it is close to the airport.

Excellent check-in. Nice clean room. Being able to open the wibndow was a real bonus as I find air-conditioning dehydrates me. I had to leave early as Qatar required us to be at the checkin at CDG Terminal 2E 4 hours before the flight at 08h25. But no Navette available that early in the morning. Check-in lady booked a taxi for me which was there on time at 04h30 but disappointed it cost 25 euros for a short taxi ride (compare with 53 euros CDG to Paris!). The particular appeal of an airport hotel is to make it convenient to get to the airport at the time required. So an expensive exercise as I might just as well left Paris early that morning. and saved hotel + taxi (around 140 euros). I think the hotel should provide an early morning subsidised travel arrangement to CDG.

reception staff did not look very motivated, smiling, and asked if we needed a shuttle as we did not know we had to reserve we missed our morning shuttle. the staff should ask the customer if we need that service or not

I tried on three occasions to call the hotel for information. My question was how do I get to the hotel from the airport? My 1st try no one answered. My 2nd try I got the answering machine which ended after a few minutes. My 3rd try, I got through. Only this happened, infornation i was given was confusing and unhelpful. I asked my question, the first person told me : Get off at T1, take a taxi, then she began speaking to a client at the reception. When she came back, I asked about the shuttle service, her reply, there isn't one, but she passed me to another person. I had to restart my question. Her reply, get off at T1 take the 95-02 bus and its a 5 minute walk (in the dark, in the rain, to a location I never been to?). I again asked about the shuttle. She'd no idea and passed me on to yet another person. Her reply, go to T2, descend to minus 5 (there is no - 5 just floor 5) quai 2 and wait for the shuttle every 30 minutes. The shuttle arrived, I hadn't been informed that it wasn't free. Not a pleasant surprise. Get to the hotel, check in, asked if we would like breakfast, I'd already booked and paid for breakfast, but it wasn't clear on her screen. I had to prove with my receipts that breakfast was included. (you can already tell that this wasn't the level of service I was expecting). The room, exactly I have experienced before in other Mercures the world over. However it was cold, changing the settings made no difference. I tried using the phone in the room to call reception about it. The phone doesn't work (no reception, no room service) and after my earlier tries with reception I wasn't going to waste my time phoning. I was too tired to take the lift back down. The wife and I put on extra clothes and went to bed. When we left the room in the morning, we noted the corridor was better heated than our room had been. At that point we just wanted breakfast and be out as fast as possible.

Elle vous a d'ailleurs offert des points supplémentaire pour ce séjour sur votre compte fidélité car vous aviez opté pour un tarif prépayé pour lequel nous ne pouvions pas faire de modification pour un geste commercial. I was in transit in Paris . Had chance to stay in mercure Cdg . Got upgraded. Receptionist was very helpful and professional. Room was clean and nice decor. Only thing I didn’t like was restaurant downstairs. Not much variety . Mostly burgers. Not big menu . Such big hotel they can increase menu . Had dinner in that restaurant . Nothing great .

Rooms in process of being redecorated. Was not given correct rooms at check in and confusion about whether credit card details needed (as rooms were prepaid). Using the Pink airport bus is inadequate if there is lots of luggage as bus does not have any luggage space. Also no idea of how frequent bus is when you are queuing at airport. Restaurant lively and serves reasonable food.

Hotel with clean room and a nice bar where you can eat quickly some good small dishes. Good service, easy and fast check-in/out. Easy to park at a reasonable price, close to the airport or A1 highway.
