Hotel was very well located. The room was very clean and well furnished to a great standard however was very small for two people. The size was obviously outlined before we booked however was still too small. The service was quite poor, on arrival the man checking us in stated the beach was not available until 13th (we arrived on the 7th and were leaving on 14th). We asked to book two beds for the 13th but when we double checked a few days later our booking had not been placed. We checked with the manager and she informed us that when we checked in the beach had actually been booked up on the date we requested even though the man checking us in said it was available. We understand that the beach and hotel are separate however the amount the hotel use the beach club to sell the hotel is extremely misleading. Lastly the hotel pool was frustrating as there are only about 6 beds around the pool (understandable as space is a premium) however guests just leave towels on the beds without returning for hours and not policed by any staff meaning we could not take advantage of this amenity. This is our first time using Accor and would think twice about booking again. We would unfortunately not recommend this hotel to our friends.
Underrated food & beverage. Arrogant front desk. Mixed reviews!

Super location! Quirky design. Very Instagrammable. Rooms are TINY but cool. They have everything you need, and thats it. Beds are comfortable. Rooms near the elevator are a BAD idea. The walls are paper thin, and the noise of the elevator and corridor are just unbearable through the night. The windows are not sound proof. You hear every footstep on the pavement below. There is NO sea view from the hotel (perhaps you have to strain your neck from a balcony to see between two buildings. Swimming pool is a large bath tub. The poolside area is cute though for a quick coffee or to catch up on your work or reading. BUT - its 50 meters away from the beach clubs and restaurants, so I was ok. Front desk staff is extremely arrogant who dont really care about customer complaints. Asked for rooms together as we were with kids. ZERO response. The guy at front desk just ignored the question and moved on. Instead stated that he would be taking ALL the payment upfront and EUR400 more, "just in case". Offense seems to be the best form of defense here, with the front desk manager and guest services almost shouting back at me for bringing their screw ups like the request for another room or 3 nights of ZERO sleep with the unbearable noise that was repeatedly told to them EVERYDAY. Tone of voice and ego - definitely not the best first impression or last you want in a hotel. The restaurant team however - both at Croisette Beach Restaurant and the hotels breakfast room - SUPERB! Couldnt ask for a more warm, courteous and sincere team, given they were so so busy all the time. Service with a smile, helpful, and just right. The food at the hotel and the restaurant compares with the best in Cannes. Its a shame its not up there on the list of MUST DO venues. The beach front restaurant is honestly the nicest of the lot if you are with family - extremely well priced, phenomenal service and close to all the water sporting action. And that incredible Lemon Tart. Wow! Cant ask for more! Housekeeping - leaves a lot to be desired. A half eaten plate of fries sat in the room for 3 days complete with a half eaten ketchup and lost lid. Yeesh! The hotel needs to figure out how to deal with wet swimsuits. Perhaps swim suit dryer at the poolside area? Amenities is another area of significant in-room improvement. After salty sea water, one does need a good shampoo and conditioner. The all in one quasi-Ginseng one doesnt cut it. Once a day housekeeping with no towel change is also a huge bummer. We had to go out to the towel trolley everyday and beg the housekeeper for them. Why not put 4 towels in a double room when your customer is here for the beach and the pool? Lots of positives here! I wouldnt stay here again for the crazy high prices. The front desk was the fly in the chardonnay.
