I always find that Sofitel has great staff - maids were very friendly through to efficient reception staff. Superb location. The TV is very poor - hardly any international TV stations in English and terribly slow to operate. No netfllix.

The reservation was done for me by Sebastien Bazian the CEO of Accor Group. Hotel location is very good and useful. I had a suite. The room is aged, multiple dents and dings on the closet doors, poor performing light inside the bathroom, glass windows on the shower area. Overall very strange layout and quite aged/old looking for 620 Euros per night!! Further, I asked for American adaptors twice. They never delivered. On the last day, I ordered a Baguette basket for breakfast and stressed on it twice. They delivered all croissants, not 1 baguette in basket!!! Poor service

Normally one of our favourite Sofitels. But this time unfortunately extremely stressed out staff (lack of staff...?). A shoe box as room (no upgrade because "fashion week"), with a tiny queen size bed, that had a topper that was even smaller. So you were always afraid to fall out. Try to sleep in that with two people... Probably better sleeping quality in the local YMCA... Huge disappointment.

Good evening! the hotel has an excellent location, but very service! in the evening, when I returned to the hotel, I found pillowcases in my suitcase, and my pajamas were on the floor. I called the manager, we were sorry and that's it, I honestly expected some kind of compliment, but it did not follow. at check-in, we waited an hour for a room, even though we arrived at 15.30. and there was fungus in the bathroom in our room. hotel for 4 good stars, but not 5

The hotel is correct if we talk about hard product (except extremely small desk stuffed with coffee machine and a lot of other things that makes it difficult to work), but has visible lack of personnel what causes delays, long waiting times. The staff is not paying attention to details what is normally the 5* star hotels strenght. Examples: Me and my friend were having breakfast separate at different hours. Always when I arrived in the morning I was saying to the lady at breakfast place that the 2nd guest will arrive later. However, my friend always faced the same problem saying that the breakfast for our room was already taken etc ans she had to explain the dame situation over and over. Another example was asking for a coffee during the breakfast: long waiting time and then you were asking for coffee with milk and you were getting black coffee, etc. There is also almost no status recognition: The reception staff is not aware about diamond priviledges, even if I confirmed twice at the entrance that the breakfast for Diamon members is free on weekends, on the final bill I had to claim breakfast charge. No upgrade was offered as the hotel was full and that is fine, but a short explanation on that would appreciated during the check-in. The staff is overall friendly (some very good attention from lunch and dinner staff I did not get the name of unfortunately). Also, you shall check the smell in the shower of 434 that is not pleasant and is likely similar to a long closed old room. Overall, the hotel experience is below expectations and below what I have experienced in other Sofitel hotels worldwide.

What a great location in Paris. Perfect for designer shopping. Hotel has great amenities, restaurant’s, outdoor cafe.etc. Easy to sightseeing and dining. Cafes nearby. People watching. Great price for location and great service.

Recently stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the end of our trip to France prior to returning home to the USA. This hotel has an excellent location. It is private and staff and service are excellent. They are attentive to every detail. Concierge is very knowledgeable and very helpful, including booking all the tickets for us for our museum visits and finding the right place to get a Covid test prior to departure. We had an upgraded room for our stay and it was very well appointed. Breakfast was very good. Onsite restaurant was fair but there are plenty of restaurants nearby that are outstanding, including some Michelin 3 star restaurants. We had a great stay and this hotel helped conclude our trip to France with a great ending.
