Worst hotel stay because of noise from a party in nearby rooms

This was one of the worst hotel experience we ever had. We regularly stay in hotel on different continents, but this was extremely disappointing. It started with great food from the hotel restaurant! Unfortunately when we wanted to sleep at about 11 pm, the disco started to play loud music, this was very annoying, but the sound dimmed a little bit when the doors of the disco closed. The sound was audible, but far less than when it started. At about 12 am we began hearing many different noises from rooms down the hall. Partying people were talking, laughing hard with VERY loud music. This was extremely disturbing, therefore we called the front desk to ask to do something about it. The person at the front desk firstly did not believe that the disturbance was coming from a room nearby, after that he proposed to switch us to a different room, mind you we were already in bed… We did not like the proposition that WE should move from our hotel room (where you go to get a good nights rest) because other people are making noise between 12 am and 1.30 am!!! The front desk would eventually send security, but we did not notice any change to the disturbance until about 1.30 am. To conclude: warn people that there is a disco with audible noise at the back of the hotel!! Please try to stop the partying in your hotel rooms, especially when they keep other PAYING guests awake!! We are very disappointed in this Mercure!! Will never return!

Have stayed in this suite before. The hotel is looking very tired and in need of an upgrade. Everything was ok but far from brilliant. Definite lack of staff. I understand covid has made things difficult but other hotels we have stayed at felt much different.

No electricity the whole morning, still not receipt the final bill by e-mail as promised by the reception.

We booked the hotel for a one night stay before taking our plane the next day at Orly. Rooms are clean and we even benefited from an upgrade. we also used room service which was excellent. The shuttle to the airport was on time and easy to find. We also left our car in the parking for 10 days and we were very satisfied both with the rate and level of security. If we need to stay near the airport we will stay there again.

Corona measures apparently decided to offer breakfast in the room. As we were 3 people, there were only 2 chairs and the table was much too small for the 3 plates ...

Super friendly staff, great ambience in the hotel, proximity to Orly airport as well as very good in-room service with big portions and tasty food. Good hotel friendly staff. if you need some information they will help you. Big clean rooms and bathroom, check in and out very fast and friendly staff, breakfast fresh, quality products, and with a nice vieuw off Paris.

I am a gold member, and in each Accor hotel, I get a free upgrade. In Rungis they didnot ask anything. And even worst, it was even January 1. We didnot get a free drink and also no welcome with "Happy New Year".

Very good service from all the staff and genuinely happy to help. The only problems was that the food , although good was very expensive for what it was.i was pleasantly surprised about my upgrade and the free drink with my gold loyalty card was even better!!!!!

I stayed at the Novotel around the corner last week and the Mercure this. The Mercure has far better rooms - Better beds, furnishings, bathrooms. The restaurant in the Mercure wasn't great however. Understaffed and slow. A burger ordered medium arrived almost raw - still cool in the middle. Reception staff need to learn where the room for doing ironing is, or the management need to get more irons. Twice during my stay I asked for an iron, twice they had none to give me and neither staff member knew where the ironing room was. Location for me was fine as I was working in Antony which is a 9 min bus ride away on the TVM (1.70eur each way)
