Dear Mr A., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but allow me to clarify something. As for all the Hotel, the check in time is in the afternoon and in our Hotel is 2.00pm . This is something thatit is cleared stated when you book a room. To have a room ready at 7.00am because your flight arrives early, you should consider to purchase a room for the night before your arrival. we were not in the possibility to give your room upon your arrival just because it was still occupied and then the housekeeping need the time to clean it and prepare it for you. For what concerns the honeymoon, we were informed of the special occasion we have extended to you a nice room amenities and offered an upgrade to a luxury room with balcony. We are sorry that you did not appreciated our efforts. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss of the situation, it will be my pleasure to listen to your point of view.
