È la seconda volta che veniamo in questo albergo. La struttura di per se’ è buona ma questa volta abbiamo notato delle grosse mancanze di housekeeping e servizi, inaccettabili per un Sofitel 5*. La stanza era preparata senza cura, eravamo in due e c’era solo un accappatoio e un paio di slippers, mancava il tappetino della doccia, mancava una crema, no spazzolini, no calzascarpe, neanche un sacchetto di plastica per la biancheria, non una penna o una matita e un bloc notes ... Ho chiesto per colazione scrambled eggs, non just plain fried eggs : not possible! C’mon! Potete fare di meglio. Poi, 40 euro supplemento animali non son pochi. Visto che lo sapevate, potevate farmi trovare una ciotola per l’acqua in camera. Infine, cosa mettete a fare uno spazio nella prenotazione per richieste particolari, se poi non vi curate nemmeno di rispondere?

Una struttura molto bella, la suit è comodissima e spazioza, la colazione nella hall è molto ben organizzata nonostante i problemi connessi con la situazione di emergenza covid, peccato che sono stati lavori in corso
