The rooms are very nice and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful getting taxis when we needed them. Only negative: the front door was hard to find and there aren't signs making it obvious.

Have visited this hotel several times and each time the stay has been fantastic, service, cleanliness, friendly and welcoming staff, the manager was outstanding and accommodating on our request. He is a great ambassador for the hotel.

Good contact with reception, as the first room offered was not cleaned and looked still occupied. Reception immediately arranged a new room that was clean and had new towels in bathroom. Breakfast was very good and location is also good.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I stayed there about 10 years ago and was surprised to see that it that the rooms haven't been renovated over this time. So it is all a bit sad and run down. The corridors are particularly shabby looking and as you have to walk down some very long corridors to get to some rooms, this is noticeable. Moreover, the Sunday night we went the kitchen wasn't open due to staff shortages, so all they could provide was a very poor looking Pizza. In the end we ordered a take away and used some plates and cutlery from the hotel, but it ended up being a rather late evening. What is really upsetting is that we asked about the restaurant on check-in and were told it was open between 18:00-21:00. If we had been properly informed we could have planned better. Note that there are no other nearby restaurants. The car park is quite expensive at 25 Euro, considering that the hotels is located a long way out of the city centre. So I won't be repeating my stay at this hotel

Well, I have already mentioned it in the hotel, my room was not cleaned the first day when I have returned quite tired from the conference. I told this to reception and they have given me another room, which is okay, but I needed to collect all my stuff and transport into the new room. This is not the purpose of staying in an hotel, right? And I am paying it. So, then in the new room one lamp (on the table) and the hair dryer was not functioning! So, a downgrade. There was a continuous noise in both rooms, could be the heating I am not sure. The parking is extremely expensive, whereas there is free of charge parking on the other side of the road. So, what is the point making me walk under the rain!? Does it really worth to get 25 Euros/night? Wouldn't it be better to get a reasonable amount and we both would be happy? And my points have not been registered yet, even though I have paid, I have checked out and got the survey. Stuff was friendly. Location is very good. Room was clean. Thank you
