Many stays at Ibis CDG but not much has been done as a result of my previous reviews. No problems with the room, perfectly adequate but dining room needs attention, namely, restrictive opening hours (6am for breakfast much too late for anyone with train or plane to catch), no after hours coffee facilities at all, anywhere in hotel or environs.

Ok for 1 night stay but you should put 1 full j’insiste mattress instead of 2 small mattresses to make one. No coffee nor iron table in the room. Like I said ok for 1 night at an airport

I could phone the day before to know how to get there from the airport. Information was correct and clear. Organisation was optimized despite COVID impact. The rooms are good, but could be optimised: better ways to close the shower room (water on the floor), get the small table to work slightly larger.

Reduced services but not the price

During COVID condition I understand the services would be different but the price should also be adjusted. The breakfast condition in my room on my small desk far from a coffee refill feels VERY expensive. Same for the dinner from the bar. The room look more like a Formule 1 room (shelves and desk in metal tube, small, the floor in "wood"

Overall OK but expensive compared to the standard (better service in Paris for cheaper!). Day receptionist not very friendly, night receptionist (departure) very good.

The services were good but in my room there was a noise coming from the bathroom that lasted all night and made it extremely difficult to sleep.

The room was good and quiet. I did not have breakfast but there were maschines to buy something and Marks and Spencer at the terminal building to buy any salad or fruit is only 2 minutes away. The people at desk were very helpful.

The people at reception/desk were very helpful. The trains were on strike and the information and instructions received by the people working at the desk were extremely precise. The cleaners, security personnel were as good as those at reception. IBIS CDG is well located. Trains, bus are at walking distance or around the corner. There are small shops, ATM in the vicinity also. Very handy. The Aeroville Shopping Centre is a 10 minute trip by bus. The airport shuttle is super convenient too. It's a time saver. Finally the IBIS restaurant offers a good service too.
