Useless chat responses before the stay. No soap, no towel, no shampoo at arrival. When we arrive, we had to pay extra taxes and despite asking for a receipt, it was NOT given out sent by email to us like promised.

I had some problems and couldn't fly, and in this awful moment, I received a great experience at the hotel. The only reason I didn't give 10 in my experience was: my name wasn't spelled right and water run easily in the bathroom after a shower. Besides that, it was perfect.

No heating in our room, staff did not inform us in advance even though they knew the problem existed, changed rooms and still no heating, the overall attitude of staff was "this is not my fault"

The problem needed the intervention of an outside company that was not able to fix the problem quickly since they had to order some materials. The staff did the maximum to keep a good quality of service but it was very hard for them to manage the issue. I am very sorry for your experience. Perfect airport location - no shuttle buses necessary

Was good to be on the road again. Queue was long on arrival. Needed more staff to ensure distancing measures between queuing customers. Food service was well adapted (and good quality) Room was comfortable and quiet.

The receptionist was very impolite.

I called to find out if there was room available before arriving and the answer was yes. Even On arrival the reception welcomed me with very agressif tone saying she was going to check if there is indeed room. She never smiled and spoke to me as if she was rending me a huge service. She then gave me the room key but it did not open the door in 2 occasions and each time i have to come down to the reception to ask her to check my card again. She kept asking me to wait for her to finish what she was done before attending to me. In both cases she acted as if It was my fault if the card to access the room in not working. Also I missed breakfast due to these delays of accessing my room. I did not have a good experience at all.

Accomodation and location fine, but not Customer orientated: people not professional (I had asked to be waken up at 3.30am, and I received the call from the clock at 3am... well especially at these of hours, it is expected to see the requests to be respected to ensure that the customer will really rest + will not have the risk to fall asleep again as the wake up was too early) + at the reception + at the bar: the ladies were definitively not kind ("kind" in the meaning of the minimum service towards Customers in a Hostel)...

Up on arrival at the hotel front desk there was a huge line to check in and only one member of the staff receptionist to assist. More than 20mn to be given a room key and even the fact that I had already checked in online changed the process. I’m an ACCOR Silver member and I’m entitled to a priority check in. This was not the case either. The sign above the front desk was for GOLD and PLATINUM members only however in my SILVER benefits it’s clearly stated that I’m entitled to a priority check in. Also the only person available at the front desk was using that counter and the line was waiting behind therefore impossible to access. Also I was not offered a welcome drink as well as part of my benefits. Room given was in the old building and we could listen the other guests in their rooms very easily.

Unfortunately, besides the difference amount that I paid at the reception, as agreed in the previous e-mail, your colleague managed to charge me (without my approval!!) also with 84EUR (411.55RON - see the attached transaction report from my account) from my Credit Card! She didn't use the 84EUR DEPOSIT that I had at Ibis Orly Hotel. In order to correct this mistake, please return the amount of 84EUR into my Credit Card asap. Accommodation - basic, decent & clean. All you need for a 1-2 nights stay. Restaurant: simple menu choice. Food was good. Bar: friendly staff.

I've only been sleeping there, and having a quick lunch at the bar - which was satisfactory. The staff was kind, the room clean and well made. I think you could enforce the rule of not taking the elevator in more than one person at time ( unless family or couple) in times of COVID; I had trouble riding the elevator alone, and had to wait quite long time for that. In general, good experience and I will be back.

In great need of refurbishment. Staff at incheck are not very friendly. Restaurant is OK, was nicer before Covid with the salad bar but Ibis hotel cannot help it. Restaurant staff are nice. The luggage scales are too expensive (1€ /bag), should be free of charge.

No air conditioning. I had to chad to change rooms 3 times but at first when I talked to them they said we’ll bring you a small fan !!!! I paid 120€ for a fan then restaurant staff was horrible anyway extremely unprofessional and unfriendly.
