I think this hotel is a little out dated. It is not clean in the general spaces in the hotel, eg lift, corridor. My room was okay.

The hotel was about a 10 min walk to the Frankfurt Main Train Station, and the hotel booking site allowed for booking of a late checkout at 5 pm for an additional €15. These are the main reasons for us to choose this hotel. However the hotel was rather dated and needs a renovation. It’s very unlike other Ibis hotels that we have stayed before. The room was also not properly cleaned. When we used the shower for the first time, the shower stall could not drain properly. Upon closer inspection, I found a pile of hair (the previous guests) clogging up the drainage! The reception was also very grumpy. At the time of the check in, I mentioned that I had booked for a 5 pm checkout. He grumpily told me that it wasn’t guaranteed. If that’s the case, why was I already charged for the additional costs and it was clearly stated in the hotel booking site. When we returned back to the hotel in the late afternoon, our keys wasn’t working because it has been deactivated. When we went to the (same) reception person, he asked if indeed we had a late checkout - which of course we did! A real lack of attention to detail and follow through

Well located for my final destination, small room but enough and good quality for relatively to the price.

First I was disappointed with the size of the room than I realize that was enough and that a huge nember of my Colleagues at OPSG EIOPA stay there that was good for interaction, so I think I will keep staying there but I wouldn't mind if the next room is a little biger.

The service in the morning of 25.09.22 was really good, but the service in the evening of 24.09.22 was awful. The person on reception after 7 pm on 24.09.22 was really slow and there was a large queue for check in, no welcome drink was provided and to get the free breakfast we have to explain the situation in the morning of 25.09.22, the receptionist doesn't know that diamond status allows to have a free breakfast, even showing booking details in the Accor app didn't help. The provided room was hardly reachable in the end of the building with elevators and stairs. I used to have a constantly great service from any Accor hotel in any country, but my experience in Frankfurt was unfortunately exceptional( Next time I would choose another hotel in Frankfurt.
