Very friendly front office staff, helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Wardrobe could be bit more practical, as it was very tiny space. The bathroom door need to be fixed , as it did not close easily. Breakfast was reasonable.

Staff at desk and breakfast friendly, Hotel clean, but small room and bath. Location near city center and parking garage right across the road. Checkout: I still have not received my invoice! They said it would be sent by mail, but still not received.

Good location, yet bare minimum for a hotel. We needed some things (razor, toothbrush, toothpaste), hotel didn't had (or we couldn't buy it niether). Only 1 set of towels for 3 days, no cleaning while we were there. Beds were fine, cooling was nice. Noise was a bit much from the skaters outside.

It was exactly what I was looking for. I always love the cute little Ibis rooms. It's big enough and comfortable yet looks so cute and small. I slept really well after coming in late at night, great that there was still staff around so it doesn't feel unsafe. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Arrived on Sunday July 4th and left on Thursday July 8th (4 night). The room service was NOT done on July 5th and July 7th. I do NOT understand why IBIS Antwerpen is not doing this on a daily basis for the customers especially when the same rate (price) was applied for each night. Yours sincerely, Bruno G.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They price was decent for what they offer you. Clean room, with all that you need inside. I prefer a bath over a shower, but that is personal and something you know beforehand.

The room is quite too small. The floor is clean but the mirror is not clean, the stain could clearly be seen.

Location is excellent,staff were professional,helpful,polite. Room was only adequate,compact and basic,the bathroom very small. In common with most Ibis hotels the aircon was totally inadequate andit was a stuffy room.

Smokers ruining our night ....

We stayed here over the weekend. We had a nice room on the 4th floor. However, as we went to bed we noticed that on the 4th floor, and our room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Needless to say ... a NON-smoking room amidst other NON-smoking rooms ... We reported the smell to the reception, who said they would do something about it. But rather than getting better, it actually got worse. After an hour we called again. All they could do is offer us another room. So, we got dressed, and dragged our stuff to the new room (none of the staff bothered to help out). At least the new room smelled fresh.

The rooms are clean but small. The service and location are great. Bars and restaurants are accessible at a walking distance. I recommend the hotel for a short stay. Parking is very easy but a bit expensive (20€/24h).

We stayed at the Ibis Hotel in the centre of Antwerp. It is a very nice and clean hotel ok the bathroom is small but it is spotless I would recommend it.The staff are very friendly and nothing is a problem.

Very well localized in the centre of the city with choice of restaurants nearby, great breakfast, and clean room. Small bathroom, which caused no problem for us, but for more voluminous persons it would certainly be a concern.

Overall clean but room is too small. Very few food options in the lobby restaurant/room service--no sandwiches. AC is not working as a matter of policy in the winter, but the weather was unseasonably warm--so no solution but to open the window and mosquitoes enter the room.
