I had some bedbugs bites all love my shoulders. I was in the er at Bruxelles. I even spoke to Sylvain who was in charged. I was extremely disappointed. I didn't get a refund. No one reached out. I will have my lawyer reached out to you. Sylvain made a copy of the paperwork. I had to purchased some medication. It was the worse experience in my life.

Reception very friendly and cordial. Well and clean rooms with all necessity in place. Serenity and calmness of the hotel , very good for a tranquil stay anytime.

AC doesn’t work

The AC would not work, I went down to the receptionist right after checking in to have him check it out. He came to look at it, I mentioned how it had a service “wrench” symbol flashing on it which clearly means it needs maintenance. However, he just said this is how it’s supposed to operate and just told me to deal with it. He did confirm he has other rooms available, so it wasn’t that he could not move me to another room. For some reason, he was persistent that this is now the AC is supposed to flash and that everything is ok.. making me having to spend the night in a room that I was sweating all night in. Not good customer service at all, would like someone to get in contact with me.

Think about a stay after 10 hours flight from US for layover only one night stay in Brussels due to we are tired and house keeping knock your door 3 times in the morning and say I need to clean room. What kind of cleaning after 1 nght stay ? It is 'disaster' .. After that situation informin FO about issue and their pain english only enoughh to offer comp drin in lobby .. That situation is unacceptable

I had a nice stay at the hotel Ibis city centre. This hotel is well located close to 2 railway stations and the city centre. The employees are efficient and friendly. The bedrooms are small but very well organized. The bar is nice and the breakfast very good.

The staff are efficient and cheerful. Some things have slightly changed from previous visits (when it was called St Catherine's). For example an iron is now something one requests at reception, but it was delivered to the room after a short wait.

Hi, I usually stay at Accor hotels for my business trips. I arrived in Brussels last Monday 9AM from Asia and totally jet-lagged. I couldn't get a room before 2PM in the afternoon. In the night, I had different conference-call planned and I could only attend the first one because of a non-working WiFi!! This caused big losses in my work planning and business development. The WiFi stopped working on all my devices. I ran to the reception in the morning to get it solved. It went fine for an hour and then started again and again. During my whole 3 days of stay at your hotel, I had planned several conf-meetings that I had to cancel! Receptionists were trying to help but there was nothing they could do. It's totally unacceptable to have such a poor internet service. It couldn't connect on my Android, iOS and Windows devices. On the other hand when I wanted to extend my stay from 2 to 3 nights I have been told the rate would be similar to as yesterday's, so around 163€. Then when I paid it was actually 186€. It's unbelievable to provide such inaccurate information. Moreover, I have noticed that I have only been credited of reward points for my 2 first nights, and the third one magically disappeared of my bookings in my account. Whenever I go abroad on business trips I try finding Accor Hotel to get a minimum standard but from this experience I have been really disappointed and will look at other groups. A working WiFi is the minimum I'm asking when I pay 500€ for 3 nights to make internet conf-calls when I'm on a business trip. Sorry for being so upset it's nothing against you but at least it might prevent other people from being in my situation in your hotels. As usual the check in is fast , the breakfast is excellent. However this time is exceptionally good as the room was decorated to celebrate my anniversary celebration. Thank you team Ibis Brussels for the great arrangement!
