basically a good hotel, with good service; carpet on the floor made it a bit "old fashion", and people with allergies should be warned about it. isolation is not very good, so you hear the neighbours doing... therefore, a simple solution would be to put the guests in rooms with an empty room in between, which should be possible many times (many rooms)

Having several insects in the room, Internet connection, small hygiene service, poor breakfast.

There were several insects in the room, including mosquitoes that did not allow me for good sleeping. Internet connection, I had to renew the connection by mobile repeatedly. Small hygiene service, I believe this space is planned for children, and it is not convenient for adults at all. Poor breakfast, the options of the breakfast was limited and no divers bread, forte, cake, even the boiling egg. The tiny writing desk.

The hotel is well-located and the tram to the train station has a stop right in front. The hotel is well-kept and the no-frills room is clean. The bathroom is rather narrow, so it may be tricky to use for individuals who are larger or have mobility problems. Good option for a stay of one or two nights. Note that there isn't much space if you have large pieces of luggage with you.

The room was fine and clean. The bathroom was a bit small but for the rest it was good. Unfortunately the hotel did not allow us to leave our bags after check out. We had to walk aroud the city for the day with all our luggage. It is to understand that with covid there are some restrictions, but we were quite dissapointed with the latter situation. For the price that we paid, it feels to me it should not be too much of an issue to leave ones bags for some hours. It would be good to atleast communicate this to customers also with the fact that there are currently no lockers at Gent central station.

Reception was good, alas due to covid-19 very few services can be offered. Booked room for three persons, the room we got was okish, not great. Room was with a handicap/elderly bathroom, although nor requested. Staff was really friendly.

Most of the rules against stopping covid - masks, no cleaning of the room, takeaway breakfast - made sense and I was happy to comply. However, it was not possible to leave luggage in the left luggage room ‘because of Covid’. This feels ridiculous and was hugely inconvenient. I have checked other hotels in the area and this is not the case there. I also was not informed of this before travelling so was particularly annoyed, and the woman on the desk was extremely unhelpful. This marred my stay.

Rooms were a bit small, but fine. Air conditioning was installed but make a lot of noise. We asked the hotel to keep our luggage for a couple of hours (4pm) while we visited the city and it makes is pay 20EUR for that, because the room that usually is used for that now was used for covid stuff storage (masks,..). all other hotels offered that service to us for free. Location is very good.

Fast online check-in & out. Friendly staff. I panicked shortly when I entered the door & could hear other guests talking & laughing a few rooms away. Noise was luckily no problem during the night. My & most rooms are far away from the street-noise allso. Room is small but functional. All in all good stay.

Nice located and great beds, but extremely small shower and breakfast wasn't good. Maybe this was due to Corona, but the options were terrible. Well actually you had no options at all. It was prepared already. I think Camembert isn't a great option for breakfast.

A very good, comfortable hotel. Great staff who would do anything for you. Very well stocked bar, some great beers, I'm a country of great beers. Only one complaint - only one bedside table in the room.
