« No Water »

No water in shower. Even after repeated requests, no help from reception or house keeping. As I was already late, I requested if I could shower in another room. This is initially rejected but 45-60 mins the same was offered, by which time it was too late. I understand that hotel is under renovation but there was issue with hot water during my previous stay also. I'm asking myself if I should avoid this hotel for future booking?

Hotel under renovation - problem with water. Stayed in the hotel twice in last few weeks and both times had problems with shower - first time no hot water, second time no water at all. lethargic response when you complain

The breakfeast area was very overloaded and no coffee cups have been availible. The service team in this are need to be improved in the moring. This is the sam over the last years.The room was ok. The access to the parkingarea is quite complicatede and not well signed. The rate for the hotel is totaly unpredicabelt, which is not good.

« Room was extremely hot »

I struggled to sleep due to the heat of the room. I reported the issue but it seemed to make little difference. I know that it was unseasonably warm outside but when I transferred to the Holiday Inn Express at the airport I slept much better.

room was fine, breakfast was very poor, in the end when I got to it, gym is super small for a hotel of this size, just one treadmill. My LeClub contact info was not in the booking despite the fact that I provided.

No air conditioning. Heating mode only in the room. Quite unpleasant to sleep in a warm room and humid also. Restaurant service too slow. Not informed by the desk attendants that same day laundering services is not available. Been told that’s because of strikes...

« Very nice but would have preferred not having to move rooms, to a seemly lesser room »

Staff and general hotel quality was great. I was unhappy with my bathroom as the quality and features were outdated and not fit for someone of my height (6’4” - bath and shower both far to small and low with no option to adjust). The main Issues arose on the 2nd evening when I returned to the hotel, unable to get into my room. Upon enquiry I was told I needed to be moved to another room as there was no water in my room. I was given access to my room to remove all my items, with no offer of assistance for the inconvenience. I then found the 2nd room had no double bed, which the first did. I chose to stick with the single bed as the bathroom was totally different to the first with a sizeable and high shower - much better than the first. It surprises me to the level of inconsistencies between rooms, considering they were deemed the same level. To end on a good note, Breakfast was great - plenty of selection, hot when needed and well laid out for ease and efficiency

« Outstanding customer service, very attentive, friendly and professional. »

We asked for a view room of the Eiffel Tower and a view room is what we were welcomed with. We even got upgraded to a better room which made our stay even more special. I would highly recommend this hotel. Employees on front desk when checking in were extremely helpful and attentive and wanted to make our stay as special as possible!

It was a nice experience, however, it'll be good to have the option to eat something after 22h30, even a hot sandwich. The only food available after the kitchen is closed are some not-good-looking cold sandwiches and chips

The hotel is under renovation with my room having been completed. My primary criteria are: a good bed, clean room and good internet. All of my priorities were met. The staff was very friendly and helpful which is a bonus.

A one night stay with friends. The reception was friendly and we checked in smoothly. The rooms were comfortable. However at 6pm we waited 20 minutes for a bar person to attend to us. We asked a manager who went to look for someone rather than serve us himself. We waited another 10 minutes and left to go to a bar across the road as we had not been served. We went to Arena to watch a rugby match and came back to the hotel at around 12.30am and the barman refused to serve us saying he was closed.
