I stayed in the hotel with my dog for a night in the midst of the Corona pandemic, when most of hotels were closed or not accepting visitors. I am very grateful for that. The hotel is very clean, the staff is most kind. I would definitely return here.

Arrived late at night, exhausted after a traumatic delayed flight from Singapore. We turned up without a booking as it was too late for us to travel home to Lincolnshire on public transport. Faizel, on the reception desk, was extremely helpful, sorted a room out for us at a reasonable price. Both he and the checkout receptionist gave us precise of how to get to Kings Cross on local public transport.

I came during the coronavirus crisis. I was exhausted but wanted to visit the bar. Met some management people (Chander, Bart and Manuel) and had a great conversation. They really care about their guests! The place itself is beautiful. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. I had only 14 hours there but based on this I would definitely stay again.

Despite not enough people on reception had checked in online so not too long a wait. Difference in positive and friendly attitudes from some members of staff. Room fine, breakfast great but don’t believe unaccompanied children should be allowed to eat in dining room because of noisy behaviour and breaking tranquility. Useful Hoppa bus connection.

I’ve been staying in the Heathrow Cherry Lane hotel 3 nights a week for about a year now. I’d like to single out Nelson for his excellent customer service and professionalism. He is always polite and courteous. He builds great rapport with the clientele. His conversation is always interesting because he is a very well travelled young man. In my view, as an employer of large teams, he is clearly capable of doing more for Novotel.

Turned up early, having selected a pre-noon online check-in time, as I always have. The jobs-worth we encountered wanted £20 per room to facilitate this. I have stayed here more than 10 times and never encountered this previously. I told her that we would just store bags and check in later, but then found that we needed to pre-pay car park as that had been sold off to a private contractor. As we stayed an hour over 24 hours, I expected to be charged another few for parking. I offered to pay whatever was due, but was told that this would not be necessary. Whilst this was welcome, I am not confident and would not be surprised to be billed £100 by some random 3rd party. I stay at Accor hotels venues 10-12 Times a year. I might be finding a new provider...

We indeed charge early check in fee should you wish to check in early hours, alternatively we do give an option to our guests to store bags in our luggage room. With regards to the car park, we have ANPR system which most hotels use nowadays and is managed by third party company. I hope you will give us a chance by staying with us again. We like to stay for two nights, before and after our annual holiday in Finland, and leave the car in your car park. Unfortunately you couldn't make this booking arrangement for us this year and I had to book the first night and car parking with a 3rd party agency, and the second night direct with you per usual. This was unnecessary hassle, and I lost out on points.
