Xy Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Delicious breakfast with all you need. Waiters speak very poor English which leads to many misunderstandings. Service made a big mistake which cost me around 30 mins of my time. Instead of giving me some kind of compensation (drink etc.) they just moved on like nothing happened. Beds are horrible which led to back pain for my complete stay

Well located, however restaurant needs to improve

The hotel is well located for business propose. Too expensive for the type of room. The restaurant doesn't work well, they have forgotten our drinks, and after they have forgot our main dishes. The covered park was full, but even they open the door, but it's hard to do maneuvers inside without free parks, for the next time they should be able to inform if it's full and avoid that the person is entering.

The shower still has hair on it, the curtains had stains, and the water bottle was still dirty inside when given to us as complimentary drink. We are happy that we are given free water to drink in our room, but please at least give us clean bottles. Further, there were no airconditioning at the room making it quite hot at night and housekeeping staff were quite rude

Clean and nice hotel, overall good value for money. Only hitches: messing up of prices announced for my first booking (2 people, 2 different prices), messing up of orders at the restaurant (the waiter did not know what I ordered and was ready to serve me the dessert before the main course). Last but not least for my second booking for next week, instead of a booking confirmation, I received a mail threatening to cancel my booking if I did not pay within 1.5h... Despite a reassuring receptionist that I called, the booking got eventually cancelled and need to be rebooked again, this time without threatening mail.
