Arrived late and left early I was given a "totally renovated room". That was indeed the case for the sleeping room (excellent bed, by the way); I am not sure it was the case for the toilet and the bath room. A shame that the heating (in the month of February) was not working and no one was able to fix it for me. I was given a small remote heating system that dried the entire room in 5 minutes. Nespresso highly appreciated.

I was impressed with the level of service shown by the reception desk, as I had to reserve an additional day and initially there was no availability (15/01/2020). This was resolved and I was contacted by email to let me know. I was also provided an upgrade toa suite which was welcome. Thanks you to Phillipe and Cederic that made this work.

Plus: Staff was friendly and helpful breakfast buffet was really good and in a nice area location of the hotel is great - metro and bus nearby, park next to the hotel and walking distance to the downtown pedestrian area. Minus: Construction area in the lobby during my stay no restaurant service (was only told this when we wanted to eat) and very limited menu for room service

The bed was not very good

The staffs were warm and helpfull while I was staying. Beautiful Compans park and Japanese park are surrounding this lovely hotel. The hotel is just in front of the metro station. Carreuf super store is just next building inside of shopping mall.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.. I was in Toulouse for 12 days part of my classes in TBS.They gave me a room with view of compans park. The room was quite good and well maintained. No problems faced during the entire stay.. The breakfast also was good.

Funky lobby. Love the colours and the open concept. No traditional reception which is a great concept. I would have liked a fitness.

Very well appointed room, excellent cleaning staff. One complaint, for me a major one, according to the hotel's website there is manual airconditioning control in the room. Nowhere does it mention the cooling system is seasonal and one cannot bring the temperature down to less than 25C. Most times the aircon swithed itself off and the room was very hot. Keeping the window open was not an option as it was raining and a lot of street noise. No safe in the room, which a four star hotel should have. Only 1 bottle of complimentary water on arrival. Novotel Blackfrairs London, also 4 star and an Accor hotel, does have a safe in the room, the aircon was strong and there were 2 still and 2 fizzy complimentary bottles of water supplied every day.
