Stimata doamna L., Apreciem foarte mult comentariile referitoare la sederea dumneavoastra la hotelul Novotel Madrid Campo de las Naciones. Este intotdeauna o placere sa primim un feed back pozitiv. Voi impartasi echipei remarcile dumneavoastra. Sunt convinsa ca acest feed back va servi ca si incurajare pentru intreg personalul nostru care depune eforturi pentru a imbunatati caliatatea serviciilor oferite. Va multumim pentru ca ne impartasiti experienta dumneavoastra si speram ca urmatoarea sedere alaturi de noi sa fie la fel de placuta ca si precedenta. Good for an over night airport stop

The hotel is relatively convenient for a transit stop at MAD airport. Ideal for literally 12 hours and no more, enough to wind down at the bar and sleep. My major complaint is the cleanliness of the hotel in particular the seating in the main restaurant and general cleanliness of the rooms. The dining chairs are frankly disgusting, which is a pity as getting a company in to clean them overnight wouldn’t cost the world. Unground car parking is available, obviously I assumed incorrectly that it would be free for guests - no ! Almost €20 for a stay of 13 hours. Novotel in Europe unfortunately a much more inferior product than in Asia. I would consider other lodging opens in future. Also - ALL Platinum
