They staff from check in to check out and everywhere in between were pleasant, cheerful & helpful! The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant on one evening, the service & meals were great! Would stay again for sure!

The A/C was broken. Ask for ice it took 45mins to get it ask for toothbrushes took just as long. Was pretty disappointed

Disappointed i did not receive Accor + Gold Status benefits during my stay

As above disappointed upon arrival my stay did not receive the Accor + gold status benefits as the booking was logged in my Accor App with my card number. Also level 12 communal area smelt due to dampness. Other than that ok.

The stay was good but I was disappointed that after I spent over $600 at the hotel I was $25 for parking. I would have expected that to be complimentary.

Always a great weekend escape with the children Great to see that the breakfast buffet is back covid style! Staff always very friendly and helpful Looking forward to seeing a renovated outdoor swimming pool after the winter months- would love to see some outdoor live music in the pool area- it’s such a fantastic area that has gone to waste

We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Brighton Le Sands. Wendy at reception was very welcoming and professional. The location is great with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Our room was beautiful with 2 bedrooms and 2 large televisions. Couldn’t fault it. A great stay!

Staff were very courteous. The room had dirty dishes at the door and once we entered the room their was a wet smell within the room which required us to keep the balcony door open.

Service was great and in room dining really suited my needs. Bright Le Sands was just the right location for me to be based for my 3 day stay and allowed me to go in and out of the city with ease and relax at the end of the day with a swim and a training session. I loved the morning sunrise views.

A Special Long Weekend for Us

We had a lovely three days at Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach. I used it to take my free day of accommodation making the trip reasonable in cost. The staff were professional, helpful and lovely. My partner's daughter was due to have her baby on day one and staying put us ten minutes from the hospital.. We were able to easily visit every day. The area of the hotel where we stayed was recently renovated and had a useful, spacious lounge room with the bedroom having a small terrace overlooking the pool and the beach. We were fortunate to have lovely weather and had a sunny morning and swim on the beach on the Saturday. We used the bar area near the pool for early evening drinks and casual meals. Sunday night we had a lovely meal at the nearby Meet the Greek Restaurant as well as two lovely, authentic Italian lunches at Bianco's around the corner on the beach. We also made good use of the excellent gym on the Saturday morning. We were only coming from North Sydney but it was a wonderful three days that made a special event all the more special so thank you, Accor and Novotel.
