Room service was terrible. And it's took more then hour to get coffee. Which was not expected. I should get minibar refill but I got empty used can of soft drinks which means not clean or carelessness.

« The receptionists and barman were very hospitable and the room was great, however my stay was too short as it was only so that I could have a sleep before returning to the airport to see if the extreme smoke haze had further disrupted my flights. »

No blockout curtains. Room comfortable but tired. Tv had poor reception and was old and did not swivel. Had to ask for bathrobe. Papers were not delivered after registering for them. No upgrade. No sweetners. Buffet breakfast was the highlight of the stay. No coffee machine. No Microwave.

WOW that is all I can say. We have been coming to Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach for over 20 years. We got upgraded to the new refurbished rooms. The new look is great and lovely to finally see the hotel coming back. Keep up the good work, as there is a lot to do. The seafood buffet is always good and the restaurant staff are also very helpful. The Russian lady was very nice and lovely smile as she explained some points about the buffet.

Great location (but a little didfficult to get to on public transport) and I got a very nice room. Rooms was pleasant and well maintained with nice decor and very comfortable bed. Restaurant a little lacking in atmosphere and staff need some polish but food was good and reasonably priced.

I love the renovated rooms. The old rooms are terrible. I stayed in a room the toliet leaked all night and power plug was faulty. I hope when i stay next month im not in a old room. Its like two different hotels
