Unfortunately due to the lockdown we were unable to use the fascilities that we usually use, ie: pool, tennis court and bar and restaurant. I did ask on day one if I was able to get a piece of toast delivered for breakfast and they said no yet on day two they started to do that. I was unable to use my advantage plus for room service either, considering the restaurant was closed, I thought you might have been able to change the rules a little bit with this. The fact they put free movies on was very welcomed.

I was hesitant to eat outside the hotel. The wait staff advised that instead of the usual seafood buffet they would offer guests a seafood feast for 2 on socially distanced tables. Well how fantastic was that!! Best crayfish lve had in ages. Just delicious Staff where very mindful of the corona virus protocols.

We pre booked this accommodation with a view to going to the rugby league and staying after the game. I understand that the hotel staff have been trimmed down due to the downturn in customers. I witnessed the male who checked us in working very hard when we arrived. Later I saw staff member Chelsea who came to our room and was happy to deliver cold ice personally. I had previously been contacted by her in advance of our stay and she was helpful and polite to assist us with our booking. Under very hard circumstances you have to give this place a big tick of approval.

A little disappointed that there was no valet. Saturday afternoon we wanted to have a rest and watch a movie on TV, but unfortunately the TV needed repairing , so we moved rooms. The house keeping Ladies were very friendly and happy so was reception. We really enjoyed the Seafood Buffet and of course the VIP was a great hit, that was a lot of fun. We decided not to use the gym or pools as we were concerned about the Coronavirus.

We stayed with you on our wedding night 18 years ago, & we booked a similar lovely room which we have said we will book again. Your staff including Alex & Laura made our stay extra special, got many many likes on Facebook, trust me. The extra efforts to make our stay including the special bed arrangement & bubblies & strawberries made it so beautifully romantic for us. The extra efforts for your staff to make sure we had our favourite dinner lobster mornay was extremely appreciated. See you next year!!!! :-)

Disappointed that tea and coffee are not replenished daily particularly when staying a couple of nights - unable to have a cup of tea on second day - considering the cost of a nights accommodation this should happen

Staff in all area's were great, friendly, helpful and made our stay feel warm and safe. Only 2 issue's we were on a non smoking floor. Floor 7 and we could smell smoke, so people were not sticking to your safety or rules. Also the beds are too soft may need to be improved.

The location could not be better, close to the beach and boardwalk, shops and restaurants a real hit with us and our kids. The pool and spa beautiful, with a lovely brekky and staff that could not do more for you but the condition of the rooms and halls etc was a bit of a let down, nice and clean though just a bit old hat.
