Truly a fantastic hotel with an excellent location. Room was spacious and clean and bed comfy, perfect to come to after a day touring the city. Food is excellent too and the breakfast selection is very good. Just two small things: I) we stayed for a week and thus we wanted the room cleaned frequently (in view of the measures), if it were only for a weekend, it would have been acceptable to not have the room cleaned at all. II) the cereals for breakfast were not fresh. it could be that they were opened that same morning but they went dry with the air conditioning. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Clean hotel, well located especially for guests who like to walk. Some of the reception staff need to learn to smile a little bit. Same with the service staff at the breakfast and bar area. It seems that the staff of the hotel is not happy with their job.

Overall our stay was good. Good beds, good service from staff and good food. However, the bathroom in our room was unusually designed. No useful hooks to hang towels/clothes. No space at the sink to put the soap or much else. Barely enough room to use the toilet. A towel rail would be good. Maybe next time don't put a bath in, just a shower and toilet?

I was very much satisfied with the view and hotel staff especially at the eating corner, however there was a little delay in the room service whenever i asked for something, i was very much impressed with the elevator service it was very quick and i loved the overall experience.

I stay with Accor/Mecure because overall I have always had very good experiences, apart from one night stay in Hatfield. I have already booked to stay in a Mercure when I travel to Cologne in May. I like your hotels. Comfortable clean and enjoyable.

The room was great, the breakfast was good, but the check-in and check-out processes were unorganized. I stay at this location often, but I still need to use pen and paper to write my home address, passport number, e-mail address, etc? They were unable to print an invoice when I checked out, and I also did not receive it by e-mail, so I will need to request it again.

+ Very nice Hotel with charming staff. The buffet at the restaurant is also very good. The room are nice and clean. There is a train station near the hotel but you don't hear the noise of the trains. - Too hot in the room during the night.
