While booking online it asks for check in and check out days but still books day stay room. It is confusing and if check in and check out are different days, by default it should be overnight stay.

Terrible start as I checked in at 11pm in transit between Manchester and Luxembourg. No record of my booking made directly through Accor website where I am a frequent guest! I showed the confirmation but 20 minutes of searching proved fruitless. Luckily they had a room.

Despite some difficulties to reach the hotel because I did not read all the information in detail, it was a very pleasant stay. When you know the process then it is very simple. Travelling with hand baggage will be very simple process has you will not need to return outside to check-in your hold baggage. Staffs were pleasant Room clean

The room was ready upon our arrival, quick check in which was perfect for weary travellers after a night flight. The room was functional and had everything it needed. It was not very clean though, hairs in the bath room, dirty floor, carpet cleanliness was extremely questionable (I did not let my toddler walk in it without shoes) over used towels with greyish hue about them, overdue a renewal. The shower control button was broken, one could still use the shower but the controls need repair. All in all this was a functional stay, would recommend the place be cleaned properly.

Booked via accor website, price confirmed by Accor via e-mail. Despite showing the Accor confirmation e-mail to the receptionist she still insisted I pay an extra 30 Euros before she would give me the room key. Rooms are box like with no windows, noisy all night. I’ll never stay here again.

Booking resulted in having a day-room, which wasn't clear up front. Luckily, this was pointed out by an online staff member, that was helpful. I wasn't aware of the fact that Mercure is in the non-Schengen area. Arriving from and leaving to Schengen zone, I would / should have rather booked a hotel in the Schengen-area. This information can be made more explicit on the Mercure and Schiphol websites. Now I needed to reserve some time for customs, although that turned out to bring no delay that morning. Upon arrival my booking turned out to be wrongly rescheduled (see above). Luckily, there still was a room. The room assigned to me initially was already used (in spite being marked as cleaned in the system) The room then assigned to me (room #1) was good, although the water cooker was missing. All in all it was convenient, but could have been quite a bit smoother.

I had an extremely long layover after a 10 hour flight and having a small room to rest in was absolutely heavenly. It had all the basic necessities (bathroom, bed, desk and charging ports) to make the next leg of my travel bearable. I got more sleep than I had on the plane and they gave me a wake-up call before my flight. I'd definitely do this again if I had ages to wait.

I have been there a few times and this one is the worst one. The bed was really uncomfortable. Too much soft. The mattress had a poor quality.

It is too small. Compared to Sheraton it is way small but the room rate is not a big difference. I would rather go out and stay at Sheraton next time.

I reserved a room from 9 to 10 and when I arrived there they explained to me that is only day time. If it is written 9 to 10 and you don't know that option of day use is possible is not a real mistake from our company but yours. This is like cheating a customer that must pay doble price just for the night. I will send this to my head office to see how we might proceed face to this type of behaviours.

Still await your response to my message of 8 Nov: I have just returned from a very poor stay at your hotel in Schiphol Airport. Firstly the terminal maps and signage is not clear, this may be a new hotel but it needs to be addressed. My complain however relates to a loud noise coming from the ceiling speakers, it woke me and many other guests (many were walking around trying to find cause of problem) and I failed to sleep for the rest of the night - I chose this hotel to try and have some sleep prior to an early flight (followed by a longer trip early tomorrow). The noise arrived suddenly, was very loud and lasted for around 30 minutes, though there was further short episodes after the main period of disturbance ended. I raised it at checkout, they indicated it was the airport sound system at fault but agreed that I should not pay full room rate (probably should not pay anything), I was directed to raise the matter via this app. I look forward to your response and refund.
