the reception service at the front desk was a very wonderful welcome. your staff introduced places nearby where we could go. and also whipped out 2 small soft toys which delighted my kids immensely.

Fantastic service. We were greeted warmly at the front desk with plenty of helpful information and a complimentary bottle of wine by Matthew for our 19th Wedding Anniversary which we greatly appreciated! Breakfast was lovely and the views from the pool fantastic! Only constructive feedback we would give is there were empty alcoholic cans and used towels left in the spa area over the period we were there and the young girl with blonde hair serving us a drink in the adjoining cafe Cucina around lunchtime on the Sunday before we left was definitely not suited to the hospitality industry. She was obnoxious and very rude! We would however return as all other service we received was amazing and the Mercure made our anniversary lovely and relaxing, thankyou!!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The hotel is a good location close enough for a short walk into the main shopping areas but so convenient for Elizabeth Quay. Staff were helpful, the room was absolutely fine and the buffet breakfast was excellent - well stocked and efficiently replenished as necessary.

Check in process was quite slow, as only one person working on desk when we arrived. If you went to buffet breakfast a little later in the morning, a lot of the pastries had already gone.

Staff are lovely, Rooms were underwhelming, I didn't want to whinge I mean (first world problems and its not like anyone will be nice enough to let us have another go on the scoopon voucher) upon arrival in room was greeted by a spider on the desk big black thing about the size of a 20c piece I freaked and squished it good (moved on with life u cant stop spiders) - I opened the fridge to see what was on offer & put my water bottle in there a can of coke rolled out hit the floor and burst (in fear of u charging me a clearning fee) i got down on my hands & knees and mopped up the carpet and some of the wall & drank that half of can left from the incident ( i reported this to the desk and still had to pay $5 (cash) for a can of coke i didnt even get to enjoy. AND i also am allergic to dust BUt i wanted to mention this as we did use ur aircon it was a hot day in Perth, But u should of seen the vent it was filthy, I came out of the weekend getaway we planned since July both ill bronchitis for me pneumonia for my partner which he was swimming around in your pool and did advise an older gentleman was taking heaps (4-5) samples of water on the MOnday and having to call someone cause it wasnt "right" BUT - the breakfast throw in was nice, it was something nice where we didnt have to spend extra money we dont have eating so thanks for the fruit (FRIED EGGS !!! would be wonderful) but the breaky staff were soooo lovley. I would of loved a spoilt hotel stay I guess I just expected too much from my only holiday we could afford this year (yes i live 40min put but how often can u walk around the city all day & night) I probably watch too much tv you know the big bed, the slippers the bath that could actually fit my 172cm frame in it (and my partner is taller) also the vents in the bathroom were not working I dont think u have fans in there as the heat of the shower almost knocked me on my arse (bad lungs n all) but the bed was comfy, the pillows amazing. no foxtel cartoon or funny channels that was weird. I thank you very much for my stay it was nice but not eventful / memorable / something i would social media (and I dont like venting bad blood I would rather you fix the issues privately :) )

The accommodation was clean and well presented. The room 1131 was a great size and comfortably furnished. The furnishings are a little dated though and could certainly do with some updating. Housekeeping was thorough And efficiently completed.

your swimming pool is great, but have not got time to try it. facility a bit old, but tiny and clear. One more thing, your invoice always comes on the check in date, which not conv to customer at all. please think change it.

The hotel is an older one but our room was very comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome. The concierge was most helpful and the valet parking a bonus. The restaurant served us a wonderful meal - one I would go back for again and again - try the Northern Territory Barramundi - just delicious. Thank you Mercure Perth.

Room quality was ok however access to amenities was too restricted. Specifically access to gym and pool/spa was too limited. Gym should be open earlier than 6:30
