This was a short stay for business. The hotel was comfortable, well-located and had good customer service throughout. The standout was probably the omelette chef, who made a very nice omelette and was pleasant to deal with. The hotel does need to be renovated, but it is comfortable.

« Excellent staff, great location »

Staff were extremely accommodating at both reception and the lounge bar. We received an early check-in after a long flight and were upgraded to the suite which was all greatly appreciated. Fantastic views from the room, popular bar/restaurant and very centrally located for shops, restaurants and the waterfront. We will definitely stay again when visiting Perth.

We only stayed here one night, but we're sorry not to have been able to stay longer. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a one bedroom apartment- unfortunately we had to leave at 5.30 am to catch a plane, so couldn't really get much benefit from the extra space. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable which helped us to enjoy our stay.

Was welcomed with a warm and friendly check in. Room was well located, but did not have any water or drinks in fridge. Water arrived later in afternoon. I travel a lot and fresh bottled water in the room is a must have.

The room on level 11 was a little dates - shower taps handles were broken visually, operating but broken in appearance and the toilet ran for a while after flushing and you had to re-press the flush button a few times to make it stop.

« Very Ordinaru Experience »

Firstly, the air conditioning didn’t work that well. I had it set as low as possible however the room didn’t get very cool. Throughout the night I could hear water running through some pipes. The shower curtain needs replacing. It’s old. There was black hair on the shower walls so I can only presume it wasn’t cleaned properly.
