We had and end suite which was huge with a separate bedroom, lounge room and dining. It was a little tired but was central and at a good price. Morning breakfast was good also being buffet. Irish pub attached down stairs was also good and handy. Crapark if the tightest smallest car spaces I have ever seen. I would stay here again as it was handy and clean.

mouldy towel , poor housekeeping

Checked in on friday 2:30pm got to my room i found room not clean poor house keeping ,mouldy towel in the bathroom!! Dissapointed, spa upstairs close, rude front office people left to stayed at the pan pacific hotel better!! I will never go back to novotel again disgusting rooms .

Spent two nights here and it was a very comfortable stay. All the staff we encountered were lovely. The bed was comfortable with good quality, crisp linen and the room was a nice size with a nice sitting area by the window. The bathroom was functional and clean. Unfortunately most rooms do not have a balcony and the window is rather small however there was a decent amount of natural light that came in. Buffet breakfast was standard selection of hold and cold options however there were several items that were not replenished well such as the cheese and pastries. The queue for the coffee machine was 6 people deep at one point and it wasn't a busy morning. The hotel is in a great location near the river with several great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. A lovely touch was a surprise bottle of prosecco and card for my birthday on returning from a day out. I hadn't mentioned my birthday at all and it was a nice surprise that would inspire me to return in future.

Very positive experience as an Accor member

I stayed here for four days, one with family (three other couples), and then three more days just with my wife. We had a fantastic experience all round. I'm part of the Accor program, and staff here really take good care of Accor members. The staff (Jessica and Stella) were very helpful and pleasant, both at check-in, and when we came to reception to ask about something. Because the hotel wasn't that busy, we were eligible for an upgrade, and got a suite on the 9th floor, which was extremely comfortable, and had great views of the river. The hotel's location is great, with both the river and the downtown core both within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and all amenities we needed were provided. The bed was very comfortable, and being able to make a coffee in our own room was also very convenient. We had the breakfast buffet in the Sen5es restaurant, which is a full buffet, including numerous hot items and drinks. We also had dinner at the Fennians Irish Pub, which is also part of the hotel, and the food there was also very good. Accor members get 50% off food, which makes this excellent value. They are doing some renovations, so the gym was currently closed, but staff did give us a free access code for a 24 hour gym just around the corner. We were very well looked after during our stay, and are very grateful to have been able to stay here. Especially for Accor members, when visiting when the hotel isn't overly busy, you can get great value.

I will not write negative reviews or pick on little things that any building with a high usage could happen to. I stayed at the Novatel Langley for nine nights. I have no issue with the start so very good. I have no issue with the amenities or anything in the hotel. The only issues that I have a to do with their last refresh of the rooms. The rooms internally were refreshed, and they look very good, but the problem is, they didn't think of the electrics it is an old building, I suggest around 50 years old and the there is in adequate power points. There is no USB ports arm I found personally I found issues with the light switch in the bathroom. I was trying to turn on the light switch from outside the door, but the light switch and the and a PowerPoint are directly above one another, so I was turning on the PowerPoint and wondering why the lot wouldn't work for the first three days this is easily fixed by either swapping the light switch from inside the door to out directly outside it would just mean moving the lightswitch through a fibro through a cavity wall. I There was a few other issues one being that the air conditioning control because it is so old has wiped all the numbers, this could be rectified by even putting a sticker over, or just using a marker pen to replace that. I had a couple of other issues but I forgotten them in the tooth Street weeks since I stay there, but I had contacted the hotel directly about them. One of those issues was that I was given a shower over bath, which I do not like as I have a disability, but one thing that sets his Hotel apart is that they provide a nonslip bath mat.
