My flight was delayed quite late at night in Chiang Mai but the hotel staff was still waiting and welcoming warmly. The room was renovated, well-equipped though it was just okay compared with the reasonable fare. I surely come back if I visit Chiang Mai next time.

Pleasant stay, however it was disappointing to learn ONLY after check in that there were NO options to order some food and / or beverages from the hotel directly. I understand the COVID - 19 challenge, but having nothing available was unexpected. A coke, ice ....??!!! I was offered, that someone would assist me with my order from Crab, but I opted out.

I stayed 3 nights. On Friday at 3rd floor, many guests were making their noise after midnight and shutting the door many times, because not a sound proof room, I could not sleep entire night. Hoping hotel staff could manage this trouble.

It was our first stay at this hotel and it was impressive. The staff are very professional, courteous, helpful and friend​ly. The room was spacious​ with all the amenities but perhaps a bit awkward electricity​ wall outlets. We will definitely​ go back again.

Quietness & Comfort at the Mercure Chiang Mai

In this troubled COVID-19 period, I just spent 5 days of unwinding and relaxation at the Chiang Mai centrally located Mercure hotel. There is ample accommodation choice in Chiang Mai, but a friend of mine luckily reminded me that the Mercure hotel is still the best choice when overstaying in Chiangmai. He was right, and everyday I reminded him that i was thankful for his most invaluable advice.

I found the hotel to be very well located although outside the old city it is not far from it. The staff is polite and accommodating. I will stay at the hotel again on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

Room completely different to what was advertised and did not accommodate for the people it was booked for ! Had to pay extra to solve that problem . Continental breakfast was poor to say the least - the basics off bacon and eggs completely sub standard ! For the price you could stay at somewhere 10 times better....

We would like to politely inform you that all of the pictures we provdied on the advertised were taken from the real room and facilities in the room without further decorations. May i carify about aspect of the extra bed charged. We would like to politly inform you that the room is provided for 2 Adults and 2 Childrens (the children use existing bed without addional charge) this is the condition reservation basis which showed on the children' s condition. The additional charge for extra bed have to be paid in case children were not able to use a same bed with their parents. We're truly sorry that our Deluxe room upgrading with 8 feets of bed size to you was not enought for your conveniene which is we strive to avoid further payment and make guests received high comfortable if it possible. For the breakfast, our culinary team has taken note on your opinion regarding the quality and taste of our breakfast offerings for their rectification. Your opinion is valuable to us. Breakfast meal is important so we really want to ensure the highest satisfactions of all our guests. At the ending noted, we would like to seek for your kind understanding on those matter. Room spacious but quite old-styled. Breakfast is not good given it’s an Accor brand hotel Location not bad as close to Tops Market. But would not be back again in future.

The hotel use an old building but it's perfect. The rooms are big (really big) with a really big bed, clean and with everything functional. It's located in a walk distance of the city centre and surrounding with many services like restaurants, ATM's, a big supermarket 50 meters away, pharmacies, etc. The breakfast serve mostly food for asiatic people but with options of western too. The restaurant have good options for lunch and/or dinner. The staff is perfect. Well educated and try to help you with any issue with a smile on the face. I really like the Mercure brand but this hotel surprise me in a good way.

Is my first time visit Chiang Mai. Nice weather during year end. The swimming pool is located at Level 6. Would like to suggest hotel provide toothbrush & toothpaste to room, the drinking water should able to refill without any charges inccur. Overall the room service, hotel restaurant & hotel front desk staff are friendly.
