« Overall we felt welcome, and we'll appreciated »

We had no issue that was not well addressed and fixed with care. Food was better than last year, entertainment though was on the downside, while we really appreciate the skill and the fun spirit of the guy responsible for the kids show, but the rest was not really good. Also on the downside the pool was not heated, and almost no body was in it all the time due to its cold temperatures, the management didn't think it is time to turn the heating on yet, though when we came last year at the same time it was crowded more than the sea, cause it was heated. Last issue were the hot water, it came to our knowledge after we complained twice, that every two rooms share one electric heater of 60 litre capacity, so at many occasions we had no hot water in the room. That is one huge issue, you should install large sunpowered heaters like most hotels do, or at least each room should have its own heater

I stayed with my family for 5 nights. Everything was perfect . Food was very tasty and variable . We had one invitation in oriental restaurant if was very good. We are delighted overall.

It was my first time staying at Mercure hurghada hotel this summer and not the last one: 1- reception was very gentle with me. 2- location of hotel is excellent. 3- perfect sandy beach with high security and safe guard teams. 4- Swimming pool is very suitable for all ages 5- Dj music on pool was perfect. 6- animation programs in theater wonderful and attractive. 7- all staff are honest and respectful. 8- main restaurant very beautiful but i don’t like the food as it is not having variety in each day.

Rooms and air conditioning were good. Food was available and also good. We upgraded to include drinks at the Ultra bar which was a good value. We used the on-site Harry Nass kitesurfing center which was awesome. I'd come back to this location. Angela was super helpful a number of times in our 3 day stay.

The hotel outlets are well maintained; food quality is not up to the Accorhotels standards, it needs to be improved as well as the hotel all inclusive bars which has a huge hygiene issue. Most of the hotel stuff are decent and nice except some of the house keeping stuff. The first one i have got was really good. The 2nd one was not as good as the 1st one. He did not take a good care of my room as the 1st one

The food was very bad , the room is good furniture but housekeeping service like soap, towels, water bottles were not enough. Also , coffee and tea once upon staying this is not fair. Reception mr. Ahmed was very very helpful and make our check in quickly. I ask for a near building to the main restaurant cause my father is old age and can’t walk, they give us our room in the last building in the resort!! We ask for a wheelchair, they bovid us with non working one !!
