I stayed for 3 nights. After booking, i called the hotel to request a high floor room with a nice view and late checkout on the last day. When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby was very spacious and made a good impression. I was assisted by Mr. Rudi at the check in time and he was quite friendly and fast. I was given room 808, and the view was facing the buildings in Wahid Hasyim. The condition of the room is good although the bathroom is a little puddled after use and the TV can't be watched because crackles. The next day, Friday at 07.00 i called the FO to ask for breakfast because i had to go to work. But not picked up. I tried calling room service and housekeeping too but i got nothing. I got breakfast at 07.38. I went to work and left the keys at the FO (received by Mrs. Mondy). I also asked for my room to be tidied up. During the day, i called the hotel because my friend sent me a package. The phone was picked up by Mrs. Kirana and she were very quick to receive my package. When I returned to the hotel, I was served again by Mrs. Kirana. And i asked her for tissue because mine was running out. And she immediately sent tissue also toilet papers to my room. What I like, she is very friendly, quick and very careful too with my package. My room has also been cleaned. There is no problem at the first time. Saturday was quite annoying for me. I had to call the FO at 08.20 to ask for breakfast and my call was received unfriendly by Mrs. Valla. Breakfast comes at 08.49. After that, i spent time in the room and the air conditioner in my room became hot even though i didn't change the temperature at all. Housekeeping came at 12.00 but i asked for my room to be cleaned at 18.00 when i go out. The housekeeping staff agreed. At 17.00, i called housekeeping to remind, but it was not picked up. I went out at 18.00 and left the key to the FO and asked for my room to be cleaned and the AC in my room fixed. I came back at 22:10 and there were no staff standby at the FO. I asked the security to check if there any staff and it turned out that the staff office were empty. Finally i got the key at 22.24 given by Mr. William. I told him that i requested a late check out at 13.00 tomorrow. When i got to the room, my room was not made up. I was quite annoyed but very tired to complain that night. On the last day, my breakfast didn't come until 09.30 and i had to call for my breakfast again. My call was received by Mrs. Valla again. I asked for my breakfast to be delivered immediately, asked for new towels and also reminded of my late checkout at 13.00. But Mrs. Valla said that i couldn't late checkout because MY ROOM IS ALREADY SOUNDED TO CLEAN DUE TO OTHER GUESTS. I am confused because as far as i know the rooms that are still being occupied can't be given to other guests if they have not checked out. And I have requested late checkout at the beginning of the booking and have reminded Mr. William the night before. But I am very lazy to argue because she is very unfriendly and her tone is annoying like i don't understand about hotelier-things. I checkout at 12.00 and choose to be served by Mrs. Mondy because i was very disappointed with the service from Mrs. Valla. I expected good service quality from ACCOR Hotel but I didn't get it at this hotel. Please fix each room facilities especially the bathroom and IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE STAFF. For simple things, the way the staff picks up the guest's call and treats the guest. And please make breakfast on time. Because every guest have their own schedule. I do not recommend this hotel if there is no significant improvement from all that I experienced. Thank you.

The location is surely strategic, close to Kebon Sirih, Gondangdia Commuterline station, Sabang, and Sarinah. Bathroom is a little bit small but tidy and clean. Room is comfortable and clean. Staffs give excellent services

1. The location is strategic, close to Sudirman, Kebon Sirih, and Gondangdia Commuter Line Station. 2. Room was clean and comfort. 3. Bathroom was a little bit small but tidy 4. Unfortunately, there is no buffet breakfast and swimming pool was closed during pandemic

Enjoy the stays with the kids, even though we were not allowed to enjoy the pool since the social distancing regulation, but we manage to enjoy the food and the silence of Jakarta from upper floor.

I like to stay here nice bed but last time they gave me with toilet problem the water wont flushed…other than that nice stay…the staff was nice and perfect they find solution directly even though it was early morning…

Affordable and Comfortable Stay

It was a quite decent hotel for the price I paid. Even though, the design of the room was a little bit old and the floor was not in its perfect condition, but it is still comfortable. Unfortunately, they do not provide a shaving kit in their amenities. Breakfast was great. In my first day, they provided buffet breakfast in the restaurant. But, in the second day, they delivered the breakfast menu to the guest room. This hotel provides a gym facility and swimming pool for both adults and children.

Dear Ibis Tamarin, The stay was good, but can not have one double/king/queen bed although hotel staff said the occupancy is only 40%. Don't know why. Breakfast is also limited, even running-out of sausages as I only eat omelette/scrambled egg and sausages/meat for breakfast. Having checked with my Accor point statement you only input my last stay only for one night. It supposed to be 2 (two) nights from Feb 12 to Feb 14, 2021. Kindly please make the revision asap due to the 2 nights reservation will give me Accor bonus for Lunar Year 888 bonus points reward as well for limited time. Already sent e-mail with proof of billing but no reponse. Kindly please ul-date.

Housekeeping did a good job.. room is always clean.. Front desk were very helpful... fast response when we needed help... well located area.. easy for food at night if you are looking for supper. The in room massage treatment was great as well... breakfast was basic... great for what you are paying for... Ovealls Awesome! will come back again!

Convenient location close to TransJakarta Koridor station

Though the room may need some renovations, it is properly maintained. Jakarta seems to have heavy traffic jams. But this hotel is close to TransJakarta Busway station. So, without heavy luggage, you can cover most of the tourist attractions in Jakarta easily by using Koridor lines.

dirty rooms, full of mosqitos and some bugs, old rooms, I booked 5 days but left in the second day and have not recieved my refund till now as they say it takes 3 months as if it uses camels to go to my credit card???
