Location was convenient, central to everything. As soon as I walked in, I walked into the 70's. The room really needs to be revamped. It looked clean and tidy. The kettle was dusty, and had calcium build up in it, so I didn't use to make a hot drink. The bathroom tiles are stained and needs a facelift. No parking directly in front of the room, bit inconvenient. The curtains didn't full shut, so I didn't feel I had much privacy.

We only stayed one night. Great pool Area, bed exceptionally comfortable. Very clean. Excellent front desk staff.

Rooms are clean and staff friendly. Breakfast is unappealing (toast and coffee costs $20) and staff late in opening on multiple occasions made it difficult to rely on your timings.

Lovely friendly staff (including cleaners), big beautiful pool, nice central location, well priced. Run down rooms generally due to the age and large amount of mould in bathroom in tile grout and behind door.

The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I enjoyed a swim in the pool. The room was fine though the bathroom is functional and old. There were other guests talking loudly outside our room late at night - I'd hope if the staff had noticed they might have moved them along to the pool area away from sleeping guests. Overall okay for Karratha - I would come back.

The reception area of the hotel was incredibly difficult to find from the street and it took a couple of laps of the block to find the property, which I initially thought was just an office block. Check-in was kind, and the reception lady was very friendly. The walk to my room was anything but inspiring past unkempt gardens, stained walkways and a courtyard that looked like it hadn't been touched in years. The room itself was very good - the air conditioning was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with all of the features I needed, so I would rate that highly. Location wise was very good as well, with a short walk to the Karratha City Shopping Centre, as well as a number of restaurants and such. The breakfast could use a bit of an update though as I ate at 7:30am and the bread and cereal was stale. So basically the room was nice, and the staff were very pleasant, but the hotel need a good pressure wash and a paint...

The room had a smokers smell to it , the toilet bowl & shower tiles had stains on them ,the walls had been repaired , but was a poor job, the lamp shade was broken. At almost $200 , I thought that it was very over priced. Over all the room could do with a renovation and a paint job.

Had no air-conditioner on night one because water was coming out the front vents. It was repaired the next day which was great, but I had to sleep in the second bedroom (in a single bed) on night one. When I returned for my second stay of the week, the room (#19) had no power to any of the powerpoints, including the fridge which had defrosted. The receptionist easily moved me to another room (#17) without delay. The staff reacted very well to my concerns so I'm not complaining about the service I received - they were very helpful. It just seemed to be that my stay(s) with you this time were cursed by issues with the rooms I was allocated

Room was ok. Bed was comfy. Air conditioner needed a good clean and so did the vent in the bathroom. Only one towel when we got there, had to ask for another. There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge but both were already opened!

The site was very run down and I had trouble finding it due to broken sign. The pictures on the website had very little resemblance to the actual place. There is no security around the accommodation and units back onto an open carpark with a bottle shop. There were limited bar/restaurant services (6-8) and other residents were rather noisy.

Overall ok stay. I felt the room was a little dirty and 'tired'. The day I was leaving the air-conditioning unit became loose on slipped down the wall. The unit was leaking water on the floor. I reported it at checkout so hope it was looked at.
