« Very Good hotel, my room was a little bit small and cold »

The hotel is warm and nice, service is very good and breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately my room was 434 right at the end of aisle and was cold and a little bit small.

« Great place right in the center of Kirchberg, nice location. »

Had a great stay. Appreciate the service, room was big with sofa and worktable. Complementary mineral water in fridge - thats good. I liked the huge map of Kirchberg in hotel lobby right next to the elevators. Also the football table can be good for guests to socialize. As a smoker I appreciate cigarette machine downstairs. Draught beer in hotel restaurant was good although it could be a little bit cheaper (but you are in Luxembourg - I guess, the price is normal for locals). Breakfast in the morning was good as well. I stayed for 2 days, it was a business trip. As for negative aspect, though it is hardly noticable, i have to say that there were a few scratches on the door to bathroom. But thats normal, i have stayed in many middle-class business hotels in all of Europe and thats pretty normal. I think thats all. Wish you all the best.

« Ok stay »

I stayed for 5 nights. The location is excellent for my needs and the staff was always extremely helpful and positive. The rooms however are a bit dull, a bit smelly, the work in progress outside does not help.

« Nice hotel but too modest gym and awkward "green" policy concept »

The hotel was very nice, but the rubbish bins were without any plastic bags, and there were no drinking glasses in the room. The gym was too modest and too limited for a large four star hotel.

« Not the expected experience »

I always stay in the Accor family of hotels while traveling for business, this time i was placed in room 655 in Novotel Kirchberg, Luxembourg. The room clearly needed a lot of renovation and the signs of wear and tear where noticed everywhere. In addition to that, the ordered food from the room service was sub-par quality compared to my prior experiences with both the same hotels and the family of Accor. Other than that the guest services and front office team were very helpful.

Unfortunately the rooms did not look like the pictures on booking.com at all. The 6th floor was noisy and and lightning in the room not good. But the staff was very helpful and friendly :-)

« Clean hotel conveient location »

Nice clean hotel, conveniently located for my purposes. The one area I would like improvement in (and which isn't covered in this survey) is with the choice of meals in the restaurant for evening dinner. The menus is very limited on options, so if staying for a long period (5 days in my case) there's not enough choice to eat every night, so had to go out for dinner on a few occasions. When staying away on my own I do not particularly like having to go out for and would prefer to eat at the hotel.

« Business as usual »

In this case business as usual means a very friendly staff, a nice, spacious room, windows that open so that one can sleep in the nice, cool night air and a high-quality television with a cornucopia of channels to choose from. Just one small thing: Normally, I get an executive room with a coffee machine and various beverages, but not this time, and no explanation given. My Accor status (naturally) is the same as usual, so I wonder why. By the way, I will be arriving tomorrow again for three more nights with :-)

Bed far too hard. Duvet lumpy. Didn't sleep well at all so I cannot return to this hotel. Bedroom carpet and decor are tired. need a refurb In contrast the bathroom was very clean and fresh Shampoo is very poor quality Food in bistro was very good, service very good too. Room service - food very good, service very good too. Such a shame the bedroom is dated and the bed uncomfy - this is crucial
