Ho pernottato due notti. Non ho usufruito di altri servizi. Mi ha stupito negativamente il non poter vedere canali televisivi italiani. Gentile il personale della reception.

tutto ok come sempre, peccato stavolta niente room upgrade ? sono membro platinum e fedele cliente da anni di Accor sia come Novotel (Lux, Monaco, Geneve ecc) che Pullmann (Londra, Parigi ecc) che Sofitel (Lux, Parigi, Chicago, NewYork, Singapore ecc) trovo strano non riserviate un upgrade ai grandi clienti. Ma va bene lo stesso.
