The location was great, but no parking was available and we had to walk around 200 meters. Also, the rooms clearly need maintenance. Lots of cracks and rust. I feel like an old hotel was bought and they just changed the sign to Ibis. The rooms don’t seem to be in the same standards as the other Ibis franchise hotels that I’ve been to(And Some of them were Budgets).

well located hotel with very attentive team

My stay was as expected. The room as comfortable. The only aspect I felt uncomfortable with was the fact that the hotel hosted very large group of tour groups during our stay which in the middle of the pandemic I felt was inappropriate as the common areas were packed with large group of people. The hotel was not able to maintain health measures with such large group of people.

I enjoyed the room and the quality of the service. My only concern is that the room I stayed at had one double bed but also had an extra single bed assembled in the room, reducing the circulation space.

The hotel per se is really standardized. Great service and comfortable and clean rooms. But the area it’s located it’s very dangerous at night. We came back from a marriage party, around 3 am, and our Uber driver couldn’t park on the drop off area due to a van parked right in front of the access. And on the streets there were 2 guys trying to approach the car insistently in order to get some money or I don’t know... we got super scared and even the driver didn’t feel confident to drop us off there. So he rode another block away and then got back, drove through the sidewalk to get us safely to the entrance door.

I arrived tired after my flight had been cancelled by avianca and the staff gave me a nice welcome. Nice staff helped me to get a jangad tour and with my check in. Restaurant could have more vegetarian options.

I think that for those that stay at the hotel for more than 3 days, the items of the breakfast are too repetitive . I coud be a good idea to vary it. The room was very clean, the personal very polite and it is a pity that the snacks offered are so basic.

By the sime price you can have a much better room in another hotel. Good service and hosts, but expensive for the room. It was only wo rth because of awards use. Better to stay in Ponta Verde neighborhood.

The hotel is in the traditional and known standard, Ibis. As in standard accommodations are reasonably comfortable, the TV is small and bad for those who love sucks. Jo too much care, coffee and every little thing else is standard. I emphasize here that night there was a buffet very good soups.

When you choose a Ibis Hotel you search convenience, price and location. At Ibis Pajuçara you have much more than that. The location is great , right in front of one of the city's best beaches with promenade for walking and sports. The staff service is extremely careful and attentive. And the breakfast is pretty much the five stars.

The staff is really very lovely, the manager is helpfull, the hotel is very well situated. Nevertheless the breakfast room is so small and the tv on Globo or some simillar awfull chanell when waking up it's not a good idea
