Even if during my check-in I get the key of a room that was already occupied (by a lady, nude when I opened the door), I must say that the staff is Super Friendly.

It took almost 45 min to check in bc for some reason the staff could not figure out what rooms were available. Not great when you’re jet lagged and tired. The computer should easily track this info like other hotels. Once I got my room it was fine for me. But, the hotel staff walked into the room of one of my colleagues, who also had for ever to get checked in, at 1 in the morning!!!! Because they didn’t know if he was in the room or not. They didn’t call. They didn’t wait until the morning. Just walked into the room and woke him while sleeping. TERRIFYING!!!

This hotel is right outside the Vaugirard metro station. Clean, kind staff, we had dinner one night at their restaurant and it was amazing. Haven’t received our welcoming drinks at arrival but we haven’t asked either. I recommend this hotel if traveling with kids as we did.

The front of House staff during breakfast were very rude and unprofessional, and assumed that we can not speak French and start mocking our children, they were not patient and not friendly
