I am a vegan, and I found that you had very limited options for me at breakfast. I talked to the staff and they basically were not interested.

A nightmare 3-night stay

At check-in I was reassigned to the main hotel building on the 1st floor, instead of the "Residence" near building which is where I booked the room. The situation of the main bulding is completely improper for an hotel, with the train tunnel going through right under the building. Impossible to sleep when the trains pass through. Funny they already leave on the room ear-plugs as a room ammenity. Addittionally the fire alarm sounded at 4 am one night due to unrespectful guest, so all the guests need to go downstairs on the early morning.

Very nice welcome, good location near to RER and close to the esplanade de la défense. Very clean room, in short excellent accomodation, fits perfectly for both business and leisure trips.

Good: Friendly and helpful staff; breakfast good; area convenient for all we wanted to do; great internet Less good: Room too warm and temp difficult to control; details about public transport access could be better on website eg RER A just next door but unclear details; poor choice of restaurants around the hotel - pity restaurant in hotel closed on night we arrived - it would have been good not to travel far for food (we chose not to use room service); mould on shower walls;

1) quality of the mattress should definitely be looked into. After sleeping on the mattress i had back pain as the mattress were too soft . 2)The options of the breakfast should be improved as you several hotels in the 5 min walking radius that provide better options for vegans and vegetarians.

This is our 2nd stay, decided to come back after a good experience a year ago. Stayed 5 nights. This experience was far from that. Starting off from checkin - we were advised we haven’t paid for the room when we had already prepaid. Had to pay for the room again. This was subsequently refunded but we incurred 10€ credit card commission for no fault of ours. We had to request Towels for 2 nights as we were only given 1 bath towel and 1 small towel. We were locked out of our room and had to get cards reactivated. Normally not a big deal but we were at the next building - across from the main building

My mother and I had a very good stay in a very clean room (hotel). The staff at the reception was smiling and professional especially a lovely girl working in the evening during weekly days.

Poor customer service, Room washing water was brown and had more dirt and grit coming out even after running the taps for an hour. Breakfast limited and expensive - poor overall for the price - not worth it.

Just next to RER station, pretty quiet surrounding, clean, simple, convenient room, nice service, I will not take a breakfast for next time (not much for vegie or dieting). The hotel restaurant is the best choice for dinner.

Terrible check-in - not for the first time in a Mercure hotel. Had to get quite firm with the receptionist that the on-line check-in had already taken the Euro100 deposit for 'extras'. Otherwise all as expected.

The room was ok but a little cold. Coffee supplies were not replenished every day. Reception unwilling to provide supplies & tried to offer us coffee at a charge. Supplies only provided after some insistence.

I only stay in this hotel as it is convenient for work. The "apartment" side of the hotel is tired. The bathroom has tile repairs, the curtains are not straight with part of the curtain hanging down, there were dirty tissues between the beds and the toilet had an internal water drip all night (I reported the toilet drip to the reception when I left as it was noisy) and the room needed a paint refresh. It would be good if there were more English TV programmes added too. On previous stays, the furniture has been worn out/broken in the room - especially on the "apartment" side.

Not your fault, but the fact that the hotel is build on top of the RER is very disturbing despite the fact that I had a room at the 6th floor

Stayed over with my brother for a concert that night at the Arena. The location was perfect, the premises clean and beautiful inside, and the room comfortable. Breakfast was great too, and the staff friendly!

Not very pleasant. Front desk was inept at check in (Francois) - he continually denied that I was a registered ACCOR member despite staying on three ACCOR hotels (all with upgrades) during my month-long honeymoon. Breakfast was not exciting; scrambled eggs were too soft and watery. Pillows... were not standard pillows. Bath shower spilled on floor always. Hotel had virtually no amenities for a more comfortable and relaxing stay.
