I booked 4 nights here in Paris and was really disappointed in everything, I regret not just spending a little more for another hotel in the beginning. Odor from the bathroom,spots everywhere and I was just miserable in my room. I left after 48h (would have left the first day but had to find a new hotel with little to no notice) but my new hotel was amazing. I did tell them I was checking out early because I wasn’t happy with my room. I sent them an email + with these pictures got no reply and had to talk to booking.com through phone and email and waste my time on my vacation for this and it’s still in the works but I just want a refund because I paid the same amount for my new hotel so almost €600 euros for two hotels. Booking.com talked to the hotel and said they denied everything and nothing was wrong with the room.. Also took a video of the room and when I left just as extra proof. The lobby looks nice but that’s it Wouldn’t stay there again. Don’t recommend

Positive: The room was good. The location was good too with easy access to the metro. Negative: Mitsha who worked at the reception me morning was very rude to NOT to allow my wife and I to have breakfast. There were only 2 elevator working that day and took us 20 minutes do get down to the reception. And we asked her to pay for breakfast, it was 9:36, she said that breakfast would finish in 15 minutes and did not allow us to get it. My wife is pregnant and we were forced to walk on the street to find a place to eat but there a nothing opened. We had to go to a supermarket to buy something. So that was very poor and disrespectful of her.

Not staying there again.

The room was so tiny and HOT we couldn’t stand it. Air conditioner did not work. Installations were ok.

Slow elevators and some broken buttons

My main memory of the trip is the elevators are very slow and some of the up and down buttons outside (even on the lobby floor) are not working. The elevator is not intelligent and still stops on every floor even when it is full, so every morning it took forever to get downstairs.
