Good price quality, the hotel needs some renovations/refreshments, breakfast too expensive for choice/quality, close to subway, but in a not so nice neighborhood, reception was fast and efficient, parking in the streets around is possible

The state of the room is bad. Door to the bathroom broken, shower broken, hot water for very very short time then cold. dirty carpets. Breakfast was good. Staff very nice. Nice view on Paris. Well deserved by bus and metro.

Ibis standard room. I booked a room with two beds and only the room with a single bed was available. I went to question and they did nothing, besides being rude in the answer.

Not as good as usual because the keycard to open the lifts and the door to my room had to be recoded no less tan 6 times during my 3 day stay. I have a similar problema on pevious visits but not to this extent-

No Heating! No one knew what time the bar closes, got these answers 10, 10:30, 11:00, on the night we arrive the receptionist she didn’t want to help! Too many rats outside the hotel! I would never try any hotels from your chain again

On check in the shower titles all had mould over them. The bathroom door has rot and I suffer from allergies when exposed to dampness and mould. I was movement to 1107 but could not sleep the first night. I asked the front desk “Jean Marc@ if I moved out would I be refunded and was told “Yes” I had to check into a new hotel along with a business colleague who I told to come with me “Ibrahim Sheriff” after spending double the amount on accomodation the Ibis then told me I’d have to supply photos and medical certificate! (I am on a business trip, was told my two refunds would not be a problem) now I’m told by a manager I won’t be refunded. The Ibis has caused me financial loss, I was told false information by Jean Marc and the day manager Lucie. YOU CANT ADVISE YOUR GUESTS ONE THING THEN ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT AND PAID FOR MORE ACCOMMODATION TUEN AROUD AND PUT CONDITIONS ON IT. - I had paid for both rooms in full up front. You have my money and refuse to give it back. I didn’t use it. Very disappointing and I will be reporting this to the head of Accor and also the health department and looking at legal options.

My review on this hotel is totally neutral. On the positive side, the place is close to a metro station, the bed was clean (but pillows too small) and the room wasn't too small for a couple. The staff were nice and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel offers very basic facilities (it wouldn't do any harm at least having a couple of plastic cups in the bathroom). The area isn't that good either and you'll need a bit of a walk towards town before you come across some decent places to have breakfast. In addition, lifts are constantly engaged so every time it took us some time to get to our room the 11th floor (we even had to walk all the way down to the ground floor on a number of occasions!) I don't want to sound too negative about this place, but I doubt I will book it again.

Our room was on the second Floor with no Windows. When we entered the room, it was full of smoke. As non-smoker, it was a real mood killer. We informed the staff about this problem, they came with a spray that helped nothing. We asked for another room or an annulation of our booking, but at the end we end up with nothing. The next morning at breakfast, there weren’t enough plates and the buffet was half empty at 9am. The quality-price rank is not OK.

The rooms are ok. It is well clean. But the time you spend waiting for the elevators is too much. The elevators take some times to come, while you are in you wait because it does not record the floor you want to go.

Whenever I go for vacation, I always try to book Ibis hotel. I had very good experience with ibis hotel. But this time I was disappointed. The room was not in good condition. the air condition fan was making noice and bathroom class were missing. Also bed cover were not changed on next day.
