Very close to the metro station with direct line to Paris but the room was very very hot. It was only 21 degrees outside but because of the sun shining on the window was the temperature not normal. There was no airconditioning so we couldn’t sleep because of the heat. For this reason I would never stay again. Too bad because the staff was really nice and the location was good. The price is too high for what you get.

Strange payment procedure

For some reason this property will deduct your money when booking and then they will send an email that the payment didn't go through - even though it has CLEARLY been deducted from your account. When you go check in, they will ask you to pay again with your card. Then they will tell you that they will »refund« the original payment. It's very unprofessional. Quality beds, excelent sleep though.

Standard hotel equipment quality. Amazing bed + bedding. Strange payment procedure at this hotel, I had to pay before, but then I had to pay again on the spot.

The location is good because we have a Metro station very close 30 minutes away to any touristic place. Room was a bit small for 3 persons, with a double bed and a single bed, but it didn't mater because was used to sleep only. Very clean. My only remark is that the breakfast is very limited, only a few things, but never the less is a good breakfast to start a challenged visit day. One suggestion use a different kind of key cards because they failed too much, needed to go several times to be reprogrammed.

Rooms didn’t look like the pictures online. There was no wardrobes or drawers for any of our clothes and spent the week out of our suitcases. The room was clean but extremely small for our stay.

The premices are very clean. Reception desk is welcoming. Room is nice with excellent view of Paris. The breakfast was a bit tight # choice. The place (breakfast / lunch/ Dinner) was a warm one. The meal was not the top point of this hotel. The waiters were available and the service was very good

As a trusted memeber for many uears, I saw the quality of the hotel (and service) declining… No Internet when I reached, (22/02), no possibility to link two reservations and asking me to go back the next day to take the sane room… (and forgot to give breakfast coupon…). Well located but could do much better for International visitors (English level, etc.)

The location is a bit weird not near of tourist attractions. Staff were ok

I did not like the experience I went for several ibis and I was waiting for something the same for that one . The bedroom was super hot even if outside was 10 degrees . I asked for someone for changing the room but they said there weren’t no places available and “tried” to look the air conditioner that was not working . They asked to turn on and off the air but didn’t go back to check and of course it didn’t work .

I stayed in room 1206 the shower head was loose and unstable. Black Mould was around the shower tray. Air conditioner wasn’t working it worked in just on high speed and only cold wind was coming plus was very noisy

The receptionist is too bad, Room has something need to be replace, Otherwise the hotel is good and value the money.Very low English speakers! De receptioniste is jammer, de kamer moet iets worden vervangen, anders is het hotel goed en waar voor je geld. Zeer lage Engelssprekenden!

Good price quality, the hotel needs some renovations/refreshments, breakfast too expensive for choice/quality, close to subway, but in a not so nice neighborhood, reception was fast and efficient, parking in the streets around is possible

Reception was a building site and the lift took us up to the wrong floor, which was all very odd. Room key worked (ie: activated green light), but did not allow entry into room, so requested to be allocated to a new room. Very tired bathroom. The room itself was fine, but tired bathroom, but it did have a very comfy bed, which made up for the other aspects.

Out of 3 elevators only 2 are working. I am in the 12th floor, took the elevetor at 10:00am and got it at 10:35am. Even at night you have to queue to go up for at least 10mins. Another problem we had is the elevator going to the under ground parking. The usual it is not working.

+ve: clean room, efficient and polite reception staff, just about the only non-5 star hotel room available in Paris for my dates. -ve: very small & very basic, extremely expensive, basic breakfast, lifts that were completely unable to cope with the demand, wrong side of the Peripherique
